You may not have injected deep enough, hence the lump on your ass. Or, it could be an abscess forming in which case 10 to 14 days of Cephalexin (Keflex) at 1000 to 1500 mg a day will cure for you. Doesn't sound like something to get really worried about man, Good luck.
