Decline Illegal Wides:
5RMx170 - 5lb more than I did on flat bench last week.
Standing DB Military press: 25'sx5x10 - 5lb PR
Incline BB tricep extensions: 60x5x6 - 5lb PR
Face Pulls: 60x5x15

As always, critiques are always welcome.
I realize that I should be doing a lot more weight on decline than I am on flat bench. I'm really not sure why I'm not. Exodus thinks it's due to weak triceps. He's probably right.
I had fun tonight even though it wasn't one of my better nights. I pushed so hard on the decline DB that my eyes became very bloodshot. Then, I yelled so loud on the decline illegal wides that I lost my voice.
