hey thanks for the tips bro the things i use are creatine, dhea, bcaa, and whey protein when im bulking i dont take any fat burners and i eat everything in site already today ive had 4 fish sandwiches from mickey d's there 2 for 3 bucks love there fish sandwiches. but when im cutting i use the nac stack (nicrottee gum 4mg,aspirin and caffeine) works great for me.
Dude , never tell people you eat at McD's. The fish sandwiches don't taste like any fish I've ever pulled from the ocean... If you regularly eat at Mc'D , I have some better suggestions for you.
Suggestions
1. For higher calories eat high fat, med to high protein, low GI foods such as nuts (macadamia , cashew, almond), peanuts, sunflower kernels for snacks instead of the Mc'D's.
1a. Total has a cereal called total protein that has 14g of gluten + whey isolate (hopefully you're not alergic to wheat) and is low carb. I chew on this without the milk just for snack
2. For a quick energy boost , drink milk
3. If you're hungry , pop some r+ala and eat a bowl of rice or pasta with some type of meat and maybe cheese mixed in. Pasta always fills me up
4. beef top round is 96% lean and around here is like $3.88 a pound.
5. When I get a sudden urge for something quick that I don't wanna prepare, I generally go to a GNC and buy an isopure drink from thier refridge. I don't trust the whey protein concentrates @ GNC
6. a 50 cent can of tuna has 33g of protein
These are much better then fast food atleast
7. one other thing , slow digesting carbs at night Oats , green veggies. One person who will remain nameless says he like yams as a slow digesting carb
