McDonalds - Seriously

Food doesn't make people fat, people eating food makes them fat.

McDonalds has some good items. Their salads and grilled chicken sandwich are both very healthy and very low in calories. When I have to get something quick and healthy I will stop by McDonalds or other fst-food joints and get something decent, skip the fries, and get a Diet Coke.

I indulge in a big mac and fries from time to time and I'm bordering on too thin. McDonalds isn't to blame for obesity. Overeating and lack of exersize is.

Nefertiti, I do not think an upsize meal at Mcdonalds with like 100 grams of sugar + in a single drink along with fries that could serve a family in Africa for a day and a burger full of stuff to bring the total meal calorie intake to around 2000 would be considered a regular healthy meal. And consuming that amount in one sitting and not eating for the rest of the day is not wise or healthy either....

McDonalds is not to blame but it IS a contributor

mcdonalds is fucking gross, they change their oil on their fryiers every 6 months and fry everything in it, if people only knew what they put in their bodies, for me quick fast food hit, i go to subway shits is delicious and i will never get tired of it

No it's not, because no one's forced to eat there, no one's forced to supersize, etc etc.

McDonalds doesn't owe the world to be healthy. People need to take responsibility for their choices. I know it's nasty as far as health matters go, but I crave it and probably get a big mac meal a couple of times a month. It hasn't made me fat to do that. I'm 5'6" 115lbs.

If someone eats ten snickers a day and gets fat, is it their fault for eating ten snickers, or the snickers bar's fault for being unhealthy? Blaming the food or the restaurant is bullshit. No one's got a gun to their head while they order.
