i have heard about some training (max out??)that builds mass quite effectivley, im looking to bulk arms and legs, i do squats and deads, im looking for something off the norm to include in my rutine to get them growing again. im 195 13-15% bf looking for mass and shed fat.
i did a test/fina/eq cycle fina and test over doing eq for 2 more weeks and just added in anavar. trying to keep gppd cals up and protien as well.
