Today i maxed out in the gym and this is what i got please tell me how i did and what i should focus on the most

Age:15
Weight:115


Bench:210
Squat:225
Deadlift:235


Im getting close to breaking the bench record in my school for my weight =).
 
wow your only 15:| holy shit, good job bro:) that's amazing for a 15 year old. Just think when your 20 or even 18 those numbers are gonna be fucking huge:evil:

Great lifts. I would work out LESS based on your below post. Have you ever looked into a Madcow 5x5? It is a linear progression model that makes you get stronger in low rep ranges weekly.

Worked great for me. Sure wish I was 15 again.

I know reading sucks, but spend a few hours really dissecting this link I am going to post. I promise if you really "learn" this stuff that you will have more training knowledge than any kid if not any coach in your school. This is the real deal. Oh yeah... Very GOOD Lifts!!!

your only 115 pounds, again wow lol i just saw that. Yah go for the 5x5 i'm about to start it, im also only 16 but not as strong as u, yet:evil:
 
Good Bros!!!! Don't over think this program. Stick with it and you will be awarded with strength and size.
 
i have a kid in my grade thats 14 and hes benching 280 pounds but then again he weight 215 lbs and he takes a shit load of creatine pills and stuff

if you actually weigh 115 lbs that awesome, keep it up

What impresses me is that is bench looks good, but the squats and deads not so good in comparision, care to show a vid...

6 days a week, twice a day is way too much. Being as young as you are, your body reacts to any type of stimulus very effectively. You could work out once a month and see decent results.

But as you progress, your body will stop growing because of overtraining.

Read about the 5x5 and do that if your goal is power.

Yes. WHole Milk and Red Meat.

Supplements are a COMPLETE WASTE for someone your age with what is probably an abnormal amount of testosterone in their blood.

You have to eat to be big and strong. Period. The best cycle I ever did was more about food than anything I could shoot in my body.

FOOD. FOOD. FOOD. Who cares what! Wendys - eat it. McDonalds - eat it. Steak - eat it. Milkshakes - eat em. Eat as much as you can as often as you can. Food is the most anabolic substance there is - bar none!

I try to drink a gallon of milk per day - eat a dozen eggs, and at elast 3 lbs of meat (steak, chicken, turkey, fish.... but i don't eat fish)

Overtraining it's not a a myth! Too much lifting can increase too much your cortisol levels, everybody knows that high cortisol levels aren't very friendly with muscle growth... At your age that's not an issue, because at 15 your hormones are through the roof and you are unaware of the stress of adult life so your cortisol levels should be fine...

lol thats a lot of milk idk if i can even drink that much a day lol
 
This is a prime example of why kids should never ever do steroids. Homone levels are prime for growth. The body has that balanced and working in overdrive as the body is in it's stages of developing into a man. This is the best time for a young man to take advantage of the hormones he has and the response his body gives to resistance training.


This kid weighs 115 and can bench nearly twice his weight. I'd have to bench 405 lbs to match him. I'm not even close.


Bro, you stay at it. Work hard, eat right and take it a notch down on the frequency of your training. You'll get better results giving your body an extra day of rest for recovery.
 
Max once in 2 months it's better. But since you are a muscle freak once a month wouldn't harm you...
 
I maxed a coupe weeks ago at 295. The only time before that was clear back in february. i don't care how much I max.

But, every 2 months is good.

i'll be maxing on december 31'st as my goal is 315, which I know i will crush.
