No shit man, match.com is a fucking gold mind. I was single 6 months and there was no shortage of dates, many women just wanting to get it on out of desperation it seems. I had to cancel that account I was so innundated with replies. I guess the vast majority of dudes on there are fat out of shape slobs or something.

I think I could have gotten it on tonight if I pressed it. She was too nice and when people tell me what they've been through, I don't have the heart. I knew I wasn't gonna stick around for the long haul, so I couldn't press it.

yeah, I got that a lot too man. I met a lot of genuinely NICE women, all of which seemed to have come to match.com after recently being burned by some asshole. I couldn't just bang them from time to time with no commitment... although you could get it the first night. I did that to one girl and then broke it off and she said "typical, you get laid and then never see me again.." said it like it had happened quite a few times before :worried: don't worry, I wrapped it up.

You can usually tell if you use your instinct, so just kick start the talk to a messenger or to a phone number so you don't spend as much time answering their stupid myspace messages. It kinda sucks sometimes though because alot of those chicks on there are attention whores. Words of advice, don't write a comment on their pictures telling them they are special or something like "You are so beautiful"..I see that repeatedly in a different manner fifty bagillion times. Sickening

I've been on Match.com for months and the only people that "wink" at me are fucking tools. I quit my membership. I specifically asked for men under 40 and very athletic...I get fucking 40-50 yr. olds that wear glasses and look like they would fuck a donkey if it came up to him!!!! That's becuase they aren't telling you they have a boyfriend.....cheaters often have a habit of being liars. An ex girlfriend of mine once dated a guy who was married, he spent almost every weekend with my ex....she later found out he was seeing someone else as well. The wife had a private investigator track my ex down.

don't those of you that use match.com have to pay monthly or some crap for it? It sounds like a waste of money. The girls you are probably meeting are, as stated before, married/taken or probably WHORES that have a bunch of STDs you're going to catch.

I just think it wouldn't be worth it...why not just meet chicks the old fashioned way? But then again I don't know how much my opinion matters since i've never tried it i suppose. :rolleyes:

well that's why i don't understand how biteme is going to find "mrs right". The two places he's been to find this woman have been: 1) bars, 2) online dating site that has 90% whores, about 5% clinically insane, and the last 5% holy fucks looking to take you to church (figures may be off slightly).

if you're going to find a LIFE partner i don't think the bars OR online dating sites are the places to look...a girl in a bar drinking and having a good time is not going to be thinking of marriage, commitment, etc.

its not gender descriminate women can be just as big cheaters as men. normally the one with the power in the relationship is the one that cares the least, and the one that cares the least usually cheats, while the other one gets more and more insecure and attatched to the one who cares the least

I believe that most people can't stop looking even once they have something good. Never done Match.com as never saw anything worth while on there. I have used another site but besides maybe having more attractive men it is all the same shit because well with men it is all the same shit.
