okay guys ur prolly gunna hate this question but let me throw it out there and see ur responses....

i always say that one of the biggest things of gettin big is sleep.

would it be horrible if in my upcoming cycle i took a few hits of a blunt to help me go to sleep. not a lot to the point where i was really high ( cause the next day i feel like shit) but u know a few puffs to easy the nerves down some food and fall asleep and have a good deep sleep.

are there any guys on here that do that a few times a week to get a good nights sleep ....


even looking at it in a hypothetical question.. i know it not ideal but sleeping 5 hours a ngiht isnt good either

lots of bros smoke dope to relax. but it's not worth it to me. i never sleep good. but i still make great gains on gear.
 
yeah thanx for not flamming me. i figured alotta guys do. i was really thinking about it, and if u did it the right way maybe u could get the best benefits of using it and cutting down on the neg side effects/

Sub the blunt for a bowl or bong. You're better off without the cigar paper, the dutchie wrappers arent real tobacco leaf anyway.
 
ive never done dope nor do i really want to, it might increase appetite and calm you down, but im already calm by nature, if i have trouble sleeping i just take some tylonal pm, but ive known lots of guys who do smoke and bodybuild, but i just dont really wanna end up like "them.." so i stick to tylonal pm and such, plus i actually sleep alot more when im on cycle... growth makes me sleep:), ha luck...
 
Yep, it's a lot more common than you would think. I myself am a smoker along with numerous fellas on here! Good for high calorie consumption and sleep benefits.

I can't recommend smoking, but I know some people do it anyway. If I were you, I'd try 50mg of zinc about an hour before you go to bed. Even if you don't sleep longer, you should notice an improvement in sleep quality.
 
It's better than drinking to go to sleep. I don't think it would affect you much. I know there are lots of BB's that do this.
 
I wouldn't say it's an entirely bad thing. You could try other natural remedies first. If they don't work, then toke up.
 
not only does it help you sleep but it also helps you eat more and like ahmadkool said Arnold did it...although I am quite certain he didnt inhale (lol)
 
Ya alot of people do it!...I normally dont smoke but i have when i was in hardcore diet mode a couple weeks before a show. Just a couple puffs to relax.

But remember if you smoke too much...it will raise your estrogen levels

know tons of people that love pot. (sorry blunt). seems a big old waste of time being all stoned. but i don't judge.
