Actually Polfa I train abs once a week, just like any other bodypart. I do weighted rope crunches supersetted with regular crunches. 3 sets to failure. That's it. Yes, it's all genetics. I've always had good abs.

At least you train them 1 a week. Hate when people tell me they never train them..that realy bolid my blood/test mixture.

lol... I hear that. I'm getting my diet in check to reach a similar level in the next few month hopefully (crossing my damn fingers).. for a little vacation.

Thanks for the compliments brothas. It does take a lot of discipline to get that lean, but when it's all over it's worth it.

Thanks. I stay relatively lean though. It's not like I went from 15% to 4%. More like 8-9% to 4%. So I cut my bodyfat % in half in 6 weeks.

You say that like its easy lol. 9% to 4% is a mountain to climb for most guys.
 
yea bro... not much i can add but outstanding work.. for what its worth, i think that is one of the most balanced "athletic" looking physiques i have seen... are you always low carb staying under 10% year round?

Thanks for the great compliments everyone. I really appreciate it. The physique I have now is really the one that I worked my whole life to build. There are still parts that I want to improve, but size wise I don't want to get any bigger. It's more just adding a little here and there.

Yes, I eat low carb year round to maintain low body fat. Everyone that knows me thinks I'm crazy because I eat clean most of the time. Of course if I'm not dieting for a show or photo shoot I'll take Saturday nights off and eat and party, but besides that it's eating clean, training hard, and doing cardio. I'm not naturally ripped, so I do have to be strict to stay lean. I'll post my cycle tomorrow.

My problem is I can get a low b/f just have a hard time maintaining it. The pic in my avatar is at 8% have a hard time dropping below it. You seem to have that grainy hard conditioning good work.

Get a new photographer though. If you are paying for those the photographer should have been better prepared for the background and lighting.
If you worked with someone with a lot of experience we would be seeing you in all sorts of magazines!

Mak I know the first question most people are going to ask is"What were you running", but I want to know what you were eating?
 
Thanks again for the compliments. I'm going to post my cycle and diet today. I don't know why this post was moved from the AAS board. That's where I'm at most of the time. For the person asking what my body fat was it was about 4%.

Slat the photographer I used is a pro, but we had to shoot at night and some of the lighting got fucked up. He couldn't shoot during the day, but as you can see from the pool pics, it improved some of the pics and fucked up others. I'm hoping to get some work doing fitness modeling so now I'll take the pics, about 50 of them, and choose the 5 best I want to use for my comp card. And yes, my PM's are getting bombed right. It's cool though. I'll always help people out.

Thanks bro. I actually don't do any front raises. The front delts get plenty of work while doing military presses and while working your chest. For delts I do DB presses, Cable side laterals, DB lateral raises drop sets(do a set, drop, do another set, drop, do last set. These are killer if you've never done them before. I'll do 3 of those.), Rear delts on the pec deck one arm at a time. I do 3 sets of each and keep the reps between 6-10.
 
My cycle for this shoot was:

Weeks 1-9: duo test from UG Vet(prop and cyp blend) 750 mgs/wk

Weeks 1-9: EQ 1 G/wk

Weeks 2-7: Tren 470 mgs/wk, Weeks 8-9: Tren 700 mgs/wk

Weeks 2-5: Winstrol 470 mgs/wk, Weeks 6-9: Winstrol 700 mgs/wk

Weeks 5-7: Proviron 50 mgs/day, Weeks 8-9: 100 mgs/day

Weeks 1-7: Clen 140 mcgs/day

Weeks 1-9: T3 ramped up to 75 mcgs/day

Weeks 1-9: Arimidex 2 mgs/day

Weeks 1-9: Nolvadex 25 mgs/day

I'll post the diet later.

Guvna, I'm 6' and in the pics I was 198 lbs. That's after dropping water and no carb load. I didn't load because I didn't want to look too big. Fitness models just need to be tight, so I wanted to be as tight as possible and not risk spilling.

For the first 6 weeks of the 8 week diet I did cardio twice a day. 30 minutes after training in the morning and 30 minutes at night. I only use the stepmill for cardio. It will kick your ass! 2 weeks out I dropped to doing cardio once a day after I trained. I cut it out 2 days out.
 
The word that keeps coming up amongst the posts is INSPIRATION. Great for all of us to see a bro that really knows how to cycle, diet and train, and post his hard work as an inspiration. I am making what I believe is a safe assumption, that your health is good.........subsequently, this is a testament to responsible and educated AAS use with proper diet.

Your delt/pectoral tie-in is simply remarkable, maybe the best I have ever seen. Good luck with your fitness modeling endeavor.

Looks good Mak, couple questions for you though. Did you run the clen straight through all 7 weeks, if so, did you run anything to clean the receptors? The other question is did you run the T3 for the entire 9 weeks? How long did you run it at 75mcg?
 
Wow!!! Mak you really looked shredded in your pics and your abs are awesome! I have always repected you before I ever saw a pic of you cause you have gave me great advice and respect. We seem to both have the same favorite cycle and now I see your results and really wish I would have been able to finish my cycle! Damn bro I know I will see you in magazines or tv really soon!

Sup bro? I ran the clen for the whole 7 weeks. T3 will keep the beta 2's open so the clen will continue to work. No need to come off it. The only reason I came off after 7 weeks was that I was ready and wanted to give my adrenals a break. I got up to 75 mcgs/day of T3 after about 3 weeks. I'm still on 75 mcgs/day now. It's important after getting so lean to keep your metabolism because your body is perfectly set up to pack on the lbs of fat. I do this by dieting again, after a short break of binging on Del Taco of course ;) , staying on the T3, and keep doing cardio.
