texted the ex. she started saying how she has all these feelings for me still. take note that she kicked me out of the house, says i trashed the house i was staying at, and pretty much complained about everything. went to everyone else about our problems except me

then she says shes moving to long beach, and then going to USC. and saying im the only guy for her. she says this now. Im frreakin out, i dont know how to just leave her alone and get her out of my head. I was doing good until i texted her to get some stuff from her and thats how all this BS started

dude, dont beat yourself up too much about the set back. and dont let these schmoes kid you into thinking that they are all perfect when it comes to womenz and how to deal with break ups. no one is perfect in that regard and everyone makes mistakes. EVERYONE. you do realize it probably isnt productive to be going back and forth with her, you'll never be able to move on if you keep that up. but there's no doubt that breaking up is HARD TO DO.

If I were you I would forget about the damn shoes, too much can go wrong by going to pick them up. You stand a big chance of "relapsing" with her and having sex with her or some shit. At minimum ask her to drop the shoes off somewhere when you are not around.
This chick is like a drug to you and you are in the withdrawal stage right now. An alcoholic can never have just one drink, and so it is with you, you cant have any contact with her.

iv only been in one relationship before, and i had experience with that "im not ready to move on i still love/need u speech".

mine was more of a mutual break up though, i wanted to end as friends but she went a bit crazy.

her line was "i will always love u and i know u still love me too, im not sure i want it to be over"

so i go "well, i guess i still love u, but its more like id love a sister now"

she came by and dropped some shit off with nimbus while crying aparently hehehe
