5x5 question

i'm thinking of using this as my next progression but i'm not sure how to set up the splits

right now i'm

sunday- bis/hams
monday- abs/quads
wed- calves/chest
thur-back/traps
friday- delts/tris

all help appreciated
 
heres my current one thats working wonders for my physique
monday chest/calves/abs
tues back/traps
wed off
thurs bis/tris/calves
fri quads/hams
sat shoulders/traps
sun off
Nice thing about that split is it works with most training approaches
 
there are two different versions of the 5x5 here, and the differences are in assistance and isolation work, DFHT, and frequency... i guess you could talk about the way the volume is spread out too, but meh.
