Thats the pic that was plastered all over the popular bodybuilding magazines when Myoblast or whatever the hell it was called first hit the market. The premise is that this cow was given myoblast and this is what happened.....so of course everybody ran to GNC or wherever and bought a year's supply of this crap, however to most people's credit, they discovered it didn't work fairly quick.
