So far the bloat noticeably went down and no other sides.
What i wonder is though how long after you apply it are you able to take a shower? 3 hrs or so be safe?

Mammoth2500 said:As long as i didn't keep reapplying it to the same spot the rash would be gone within 12 hrs.
After the shower it didn't make the rash worse just that area the skin would dry up.
TheRide said:Really? I've had it for 3 days and haven't applied it at all since Tues night!!
WTF!

macrophage69alpha said:aromatase inhibitors can be used to prevent gyno and bloat. SERMs work by blocking the ER (at least in breast tissue), hence they can be beneficial in cases where there is cross reactivity or when there are offending xenoestrogen.
It is always good to have an AI and SERM on hand. During cycle unless problems present AI's are generally preferable, though adding a low (very low) dose serm can be quite beneficial to cholesterol and other health parameters.
to answer: AIFM alone is sufficient just as arimidex/letro/aromasin is sufficient. However for the reasons mentioned above having a SERM on hand is essential
