On week three... deff keeping bloat off and I can guess that it has boosted my imune. The reason for this claim is that several ppl @ my office are sick and oddly, I have not caught "it". This is strage for me as where I usually catch everything that is going around.

My only complaint (like others) is:

#1 The pump sucks...
#2 The rash on my forearms... I really don't like this b/c I don't know what is causing it. Just showed up tonight when I got out of the shower.

I believe I read that you could use it on the top of you feet as well. Is this correct?

Yes you can use the tops of your feet. Very thin skin and vascular underneath.

I get the same rash on my forearms and been switching to my feet. After the rash goes away on my forearms its normally dry skin so switched to feet as well.
So far the bloat noticeably went down and no other sides.

What i wonder is though how long after you apply it are you able to take a shower? 3 hrs or so be safe?

3 hours is fine. I put it on right out of the shower and just before bed.

How long did it take your rash to go away? Also, did you notice that it seems worse when you first get out of the shower?

As long as i didn't keep reapplying it to the same spot the rash would be gone within 12 hrs.

After the shower it didn't make the rash worse just that area the skin would dry up.
