Just read an article about Long Range IGF. The author claims that best results are above the 80mcg range and he personally uses 150mcg in his current cycle. He also claims that combined with a bulking cycle of test and another anabolic, that gains can be made accompanied with a typical LOSS of 5-8% bodyfat. Again maintaining that in a great caloric surplus, large bodyfat percentage losses are possible.

Who's used it bulking and what were your results? Is there proof behind this claim? I'd search the board for thoughts on the chem side of this- from guys like AR and Samoth -but I'm not a platty member, so if this has been asked an answered I apologize. I know that positive changes can be made in body comp while bulking, but an 8% drop while packing on 30 pounds seems a little far fetched to me. If any of it were true, is the media grade LRIGF pure enough to hit these claims? You know you all want to answer this question instead of one about how to inject. I'd love some real world feedback on it.

Can I get an amen? Can I get a hallelujah? I'm gonna have to start paying for answers. If I put Tren up in the title I would have had 100 answers by now.

I haven't run IGF during any kind of cycle so far... only during PCT... and I like it... I feel that it's helped me maintain my gains... and it does have some merit in keeping bodyfat low, even when diet hasn't been so stellar. However, I really doubt that it will reduce fat by 5-8%.

Also, as far as gains attributable to IGF... you're not going to see much if at all while you're running it... if you're running it with AAS, the gains you see are going to be from the AAS... IGF causes muscle hyperplasia, which takes a while before you start seeing its effects. Taking AAS later on will seal the deal.

I have used IGF-1 LR3 and it does produce modest results which for me included some weight loss and increases in endurance and strength. My primary reason for using it was to help me drop weight. I was happy with the results but it is expensive and for many people the results are minor when compared to using AAS at much lower costs. I ran IGF-1 LR3 by itself and not with any type of steriod. I have not used it for over 1 1/2 years so I am not up to date on availability and quality of certain suppliers.

There are a lot of things written about IGF that have absolutely no merit what so ever.
99% of what you read is crap.
Find someone you trust and listen to them. Don't believe a word you read.
