I think they're tired and played out. I got one 4 years ago for two reasons, they were still somewhat rare and I was still somewhat impulsive. These days I keep it covered.

go to any club/college campus and 1 of 5 "cute" or "in" girl has a low back tat..... I mean tats arent oringal anymore...only if u are fully covered is it cool imo


if a female has a great bod why put ink on it? would u paint a small part of the sculpture of michealanglo? no!

as for chics who want to get into modeling or playboy and u get some ink SEE YA (yes there some still and yes some chics with ink get it airbrushed out)

also laser tat removal WILL NEVER GET IT TOTALLY GONE
 
I don't care where a tat is. I like it if it is not tribal. If it means something to the person. If it's tastefully done. Small ones, or artistic ones. I don't like the sleeves or the whole back, but I won't judge that sort of thing. Tat's are highly personal.
 
WELL........Like anythng if they are well done and fits the space...DAMM SEXEY.
If they are poor quality or tooo big well not so sexsy

i love them as long as they are a nice design. my wife wants to get one i said hell yea. she designed her own. she is real good at art. she made hers with cat eyes in th emiddle with some really nice designs on the sides. nice colors too.

I love tats as long as they are in sexy places.

And personally i love lower back tats. Along with tats on the side hip, front hip, butt cheek, and a personal fav is a small tribal that wraps around her entire upper thigh.

I was with a girl one time that had a small tat of a little guy pushing a lawn mower on the top of her pubic line. behind him the hair was shaved and infront of him it was a touch longer.
 
Lower back tattoos are awful IMO. Inner hip or upper neck right under hair line are the only places I like them.
 
This is how I put it, I'd love a few tats on my girlfriend! (I.E. lower back, ass cheek, inner thigh, back of shoulder)

Slutty = sexy when it comes to the girll friend!

Now.... as for the wife...

I"ll have to agree with hiatussin, I think the human body is beautifull and shouldn't be messed with by mankind. as far as decorations. I mean how hot is an 80 year old woman with a lower back tat? ewe
 
Man i think i started this a year ago.. i have a cross on my lower back.. i didnt get it to look slutty actually got it for different reasons.. but i realize that there is a lot of stigma's associated with them.. my tatoo covers up a scar (a cement burn ) .. wasn't that big but made me feel uncomfortable...

double sided on this issue. i know if im fucking a girl and shes riding me and shes got a little tattoo by her belly button (lower though) or if shes facing the other way and has one on her lower back it turns me on because it makes sex seem steamier or something, but honestly too many girls are getting this done and brag about it and its getting fuckin annoying. if ur gonna get a tattoo somewhere revealing and brag about it to me then we better be fuckin later.

I agree about unseen.. kinda why i think the back is the best place for them if you get them.. piercings and tatoos should all be able to be covered
 
I was talking to a girl I know the other day about her wanting to get one. She has an EXTREMELY sexy lower back. I told her it would just ruin it. And I like tattoos, but the lower back thing is beyond overplayed. Beyond. It's to the point that it's weird if a girl doesn't have one there.

Well I like mine. It's very low so no one sees it when I have regular clothes on. It's also not very big. Personally I like it because I think it draws nice attention to the back area when we're havin fun. Slutty, sexy? I don't care. I can be a slut for my own hubby.
 
I would never get one on my lower back for a few reasons.

A - I couldnt see it there, so what it the point?

B - A lot of people have them.

C - Can be seen during certain social situations that would make ME feel uncomfortable (ie - wearing a formal dress with very low plunging back).

D - I have a STUNNING back and wouldnt want to put a tatt there to break the smooth lines of skin and musculature.

I have two tatts. One can only be seen by a lover the other can only be seen if wearing a skimpy bathing suit.

I admire nice ink. But in some of the social circles where I travel there is still a large stigma attached to tatts and pierces.

It is to the point nowadays that me and my buddies can actually sit around and point to a girl in a club/bar/mall/whatever and say - "I'm sure she doesn't have a lower back tat" sarcastically and be right 90% of the time.

But of course, all the girls here on EF got theirs BEFORE it was popular.

yea but it aint dirty anymore. its as trendy as a dude getting a barb wire thing around his arm or mtv playing rap videos. its played out and stupid. all i here about now from 18 year old girls is how the minute they moved to college they got a lower back tat and a belly button ring and how their favorite drinks are jager bombs.

there is no question to this.....there is absolutely nothing hotter than a tramp stamp. I mean, as long as it doesn't say something like "fuck me" and arrow pointing down....than it's ok. And women should leave it on for the rest of their lives. There's nothing hotter than a tatoo that dips just slightly into the womans crack!!

I plan on adding to it someday. I really wanted a larger one than that but I was tired of looking through pics. lol

I am getting another one on my lower abdomen soon.
