Some stats first
21 years old
6'5 225 12-14% bf and a decent athlete
Problem: Sometimes if I eat a big meal at night which has lot's of sodium and carbs I end up with the worst back pain ever in the morning. It feels like someoone put a 25 lbs dumbell right above my ass. I have hard time bending down and stuff like that. By a big meal I mean like a cheat meal, so sphagetti,hamburgers or pizza would usually do the trick.
The pain goes away after about an hour and less if I do some stretching. I have no idea why this happens so if someone could enlighten me on this that would be great.
oh and I'm also not very flexible down there, I can barely touch my toes from a standing possition. Maybe that's why?
