Low test, cardio, and fat

How much cardio can I do? I have low test. Total test 299. 5miles of high intenseity? Like stair steps at level 13-15 for 30 min.?

doing two muscle groups a day

Chest bis
Shoulder tris
Back
Traps and what ever need to hit more
Legs
Stomach ed
Cardio x5

What about fat intake?
 
Go see a doc about hrt. Its really your best option with those low test numbers. Your going to work your ass off for little pay off.

Not wanting to mask the problem you know? Adding aas is just going to suppress it more then I would be worse off. All my other numbers are fine lh fsh just test is low plus with the cycle I did those compounds have only been out for about 6 weeks or so.

Other ideas? Tnx for responding
 
Try running unleashed and something like transaderm for a bit and see if your numbers come back up

You haven't been off cycle very long, you may need to run some hcgenerate with the unleashed and see if maybe you just didn't recover well bro

What up bro! What was your pct looking like? What aas did you run and how long? If you have only been off for 6 weeks I'm guessing your done with pct if you ran a long ester! Your body is not going to fully recover in just 6 weeks you need more time! and your test levels should be way better in another couple months time! Get on some D-AA, Unleashed, HCGenerate and Osta (sarms) and run that for 8 weeks and that test level will be in great shape ;-)

Yea, running unleashed rite now at double for one week and clomid at 25/12.5 21 days

Been off since feb. 15 but yea your talking eq long ester barly came all the way out think about 6 weeks ago. All my numbers are fine its just the low test.

Transderm is from orbit?
 
what did your last cycle look like ...how long did you run it ?
what was pct and how long did you run that ?

hcg...did you use it during or after cycle ?

Hcgerate? My lh is a 5.3 fsh 4.6

Ran t cyp 8 weeks t prop 16 weeks tprop 100 eod cyp 100x2
Eq 16 weeks 600 12 weeks then down to 400
Var 10 weeks 60ed

Pct 21 days after
Pct four weeks
Unleashed 5 weeks
Forma five weeks

Forma on cyc
Hcg on cyc
Of all krill oil vit c n2guard ect...

I thought those were natty levels, but if this is after a cycle your pct wasnt strong enough. I always add in a low dose of clomid with my pct. I am a firm believer in clomid. It has always been a staple in my pct and hasnt let me down yet. I also run hcg at the end leading into pct and have included post cycle/ unleashed combo in with great success.

All my numbers are natty except test am just in recovery mode I guess pct was strong I felt I too did use hcg untill I got into pct it shows bc my lh is good my body just needs to catch up

Too much for what? You haven't said what you are trying to accomplish.

Cardio is such a healthy thing to do, but it depends on your goal.

Also, I don't know about these recommendations for RS Transaderm or SARMs. I think they would both suppress. Not a good idea if you are trying to get your body up to normal natural production, I don't think.

Too much can be supressive ( cardio )

Lower bf thats all loose 4%

My low test is worked out Stevesmi has me on it tnx but I agree think its supressive.

So my question is how much cardio can I do before it becomes supressive thats all.

Same with fat intake what min can intake so it doesnt effect t levels
