Losing The Lovehandles?

I have a pretty decent build, good chest, nice arms, strong legs, but I CAN NOT get rid of the damn fat on my lower back. Can someone recommend some exercises to tighten it up? I have been really watching my diet, and doing cardio 3 x a week, and lifting 4x a week, everything seems better except that.
 
Congrats on your weight loss! How much fat did you lose?

You will lose it there last. So if you still have it, then you didn't lose enough fat to tap into those stores.
 
People report that using Yohimburn on stubborn fat areas will help. Depending on your build, certain fatty areas will have more alpha-something (or whatever) receptors, meaning that what works for other areas won't work there, or not nearly as well. Yohimbine blocks these receptors, and yohimburn is yohimbine in a topical solution.

But, other than diet and maybe that, no amount of "tightening" will make your love handles smaller. If anything, you would add muscle mass under them and make them bigger.
