lose the love handles

hi guys summer is coming hein?

anyway i can see veins in lot of parts of my body whioch i have never seen but i cnt get rid off the fat aroung the stomach and love handle, fuck it sucks , i just started clen and will also do cytomel,,// i am wondering if this will get rid of the fat around the stomach and love handles or i need like a surgical procedure...
i am around 18-20%bf but all my fat is around my stomack.

please help me

You need to wait until your around ~10%BF before you start worrying about the love handles. These are usually the last to go.

I'm in the same damn boat... my fukin luv handles won't go away no matter what the fuk I do.

I wuz thinking of lipo.. seriously... because NO STEROID agent reduces body fat... I have found... I'm on cytomel at 100mcg/day, and it isn't doing shit.. Hell, everything I take makes me fatter and bloated... the exact opposite of what I want.

I'm at 19 BF and still have love handles. You need to clean up your diet and lower your body fat. Once you do that your love handles should go away. The male body stores its fat there first and gets rid of it there last. Gotta love mother nature.

I don't see how you could be 18% bf and it be all around your stomach.

i wouldn't suggest doing this but i noticed my abs and stomach area was leaner while taking femara. estrogen plays a role in fat especially in lower abs and love handles

at that bf im sure most people would still have love handles, but it does depend where your predisposed to store fat.
As long as diet and training are good then they will eventually go, they have to!
