Looking to do first cycle

First off, this is my first post and would just like to say what a great imformative site this is. Ok here is a little about myself.
40 years old
training 5 years.. Fell off the wagon a couple times.
5'10"
177lbs
body fat around 12 percent guessing
diet isnt up to par yet. I eat clean but calorie intake is only around 2000 average

Got a 10 weeks worth of test cypoinate. Plan
on two shots of 250 ml. One on Monday, one on thursday.

Got deca but I've decided to skip it after reading this forum it being my first cycle.

Blood work is good to go.
Pct not in place so I'm holding off until it's in hand.
Friend that got me the gear says his source is hooking me up with Pct but will be a few weeks. Consists of novadex and something else but he's not sure on the name.

I would like to keep the Pct simple but after reading multiple posts, I'm more confused than ever. I was thinking arimidex during cycle and novadex 2 weeks after last injection. Not sure I want to wait for friends source to come through or try to obtain pct myself. Also not sure what exactly would be a good simple pct or where and how long it would take by mail. Any advise or constructive critisism greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks Radar for the welcome. I had read that sticky previous to my post. It's a nice sticky but seems a bit complex for me. Like I said, I want a simple pct with just a couple products. Arimidex will probably be one item during cycle. Post cycle unsure so far.

You can't go wrong with forma stanzol,and HCGenerate with unleashed.

I'm somewhat unfamiliar with those products Radar but I'll check them out. How long would they take to get once ordered roughly? I know I can't and won't ask for a source. Can you post your diet?

2000 cals a day for a 40 year old man @ 5'10? You can probably get up to 200 just by learning how to eat properly...

I agree ,however what you decide this will help ,I know its been posted a milliom times but if one person benefits off of it then it will be worth it!
