Kittie. All girl metal band!

Hell ya!

I can dig old hair metal bands but I like the violent sh*t:

Godsmack
Disturbed
Hatebreed (a MUST!)
December
Cold (they recently sold out but their earlier stuff is good)
Life of Agony
Flaw
Mudveyne

Old school stuff is good too - AC/DC kicks ass.

Country music and rap just don't get the blood flowing for me...techno, trance and EBM is good for cardio.

Static X-Push It

As for Hip Hop- DMX-for sure I listin to him on my way to the gym or Lil Jhon And Eastide boys

Slipknot-Fuck this world- always a good track

Some Limp Bizkit- My way- Break stuff- is sometimes cute

System Of A Down- Sugar- Most of thier crazy shit I like to listen to

Disturbed-The game-Liberate-Dropping Plates- most songs are all good

Korn-Got the life- Plenty of good songs

Rob Zombie-Pussy Liquor- Any rob zombie is good

AC/DC- they are always good

Well those are most of the bands and a couple of my fav songs. Hope it helps. I owe you one. But who in the fuck listens to the karate kid soundtrack.....that shit is halarious! I gotta hear it.

I remember after college there was this big black guy that I would see in the gym alot anf his headphones were cranked up so loud that I could tell he was listening to hair metal. He was about 24 or so and I asked him one day if he was the only black guy that listened to that stuff. He laughed and said he just might be. I struck up a friendship with him and one day asked him if he got mad when people called him black as opposed to african american. He looked at me and said" African american?!?!? Do you see plates in my lips? I'm frigin BLACK!". Funniest thing I have ever heard.

The metal and national geographic talk made me remember that story.
