Looking for INPUT on Workout.

Do pushups on Mondays, pullups on Wednesday's, and dips on Fridays. That way you will add the endurance from these exercises to the lifting. I am in the same boat in that I want to do lots of bodyweight exercises (I'm planing on going out for army rangers) but run out of time. Just make some time on your lifting days.
 
nah, can't do them. got a bad knee that i try to keep functional as mush as possible. so squats would just kill it for me. but no, no deadlifts, to answer your question.

why no deadlifts?? Honestly just type in benefits of deadlifts on google and you'll see how good they are.
