was thinking of adding various pullups, pushups and dips in between my work outs on (tues & sat) . i wanted to know if it would be ok in the sense that i am not 'over doing it' so to speak.
keep in mind i have been lifting for a little over year and half now. pyramiding for my workouts. Mon-chest and bicep, Tues-legs and run, Wed-back an trap, Thur-legs and run, Fri-shoulders and triceps. whew...
just trying to get a feel of what everyone thinks and wanting just hit muscles a different way i guess any and all advice is appreciated...thank you
