Six foot.. Ectomorph. Over the last seven years I have been as large as 278 at 5%'sh real. And usually hover at 220 6-8% year round. The "quality depth look" of older muscle seems to be the best asset. I'm sure there are better contenders on the board, these are just my personal facts and I'm trying not to be a bragart or an attention mongral... Just the stats.
