Longest anyone has been "on"??

Well, I guess the podium goes to me so far. I have been "on" about a gram a week for almost ten years... Some weeks as much as 3 grams, some as low as 250mg... never been off longer than a six month stretch for an injury. I do my cbc every three months, liver values have always been in range, actually better than most. Only flag I ever had was for being high in irom (ironic) and high in white blood cell count at 11.4 with the range being 4 to 10 average person. 40 years old, bp good, full head of hair stay within 6-8 percent bf year round. Never heard of anyone dying from steroids directly, however I'm wondering about strokes and diabetes. My blood sugar is always good, around 80 usually. My oxy/pulse meter reads 95 or higher and pulse around 70'ish.

Good news. I'd like to bump up to 500mgs and stay there awhile.
