for sure.

my best friend can smoke a huge blunt, go out and not have any social inhibitions..be completely crazy, talkative and on point.

me, i smoke a blunt and i'm all mellow, lazy, tired...and paranoid, especially around people i don't know. my voices changes, and i get paranoid that people know i'm high (my family always knows, even on the phone)
if i'm around other high people i tend to more loose, but definetely a goofy jackass
