so im telling my parents that im never eating soy again, and my dad is like "whats the problem" a nd im like "soy kills your nuts"

so he goes "that must be why people who eat soy instead of meat have no balls"

Phytoestrogens in soy are acting as anti-estrogens by binding to the estrogen-receptor sites, blocking natural estrogens

and anyway if you use soy isolate there is so little Phytoestrogens left that it's a non issue
