LOL at my poor old cat.........

He's 18.5 so I'll cut him some slack........but I just watched a cardinal touch down behind him at like 10-15 feet and start pecking at the ground. 6-7 years ago that bird would be twirped for such a transgression. Poor guy, even the local bird population knows he's a crotchety old fart now. :lmao:

I kind of feel bad though when some of the neighborhood cats just waltz on by and spray not 15 yds from him. He doesn't even bother acknowledging it. He just can't hold his territory anymore. At least they're not fucking with him. He still moves around pretty good though. He can even still get up on our roof. So he's not like completely decrepit. I guess he just doesn't have the fight in him anymore. This guy and the other male that died a few years ago were the D to the O to the double G's when they were in their prime. They even flexed on coons and backed em down........that is practically unheard of. Only time I ever saw em scat was when a shephard came bounding into the backyard....lol. It's gotta be tough knowing that even the birds are making you the Rodney Dangerfield of the neighborhood......."I get's no respect I tell Ya!!!"......:lmao:

Holy shit, that cat is like Yoda.

pics!

my kitteh just slammed his head up against my door jam when he tried to dart down the hall into my room and i was blocking him.

Aww, poor old guy. My cat is 14 years old. He doesn't spend as much time outside as he used to.

yeah I know, I pretty much gotta throw his ass outside nowadays. Hopefully when it gets real warm he'll be more apt to sun hisself outside. I just hate to see him lie around all day on nice sunny days. We got some comfortable lawn chairs out in the back I'm hoping he'll make use of. Smurf, I was so thinkin about where's my damn phone so I can snap off a pic of that cardinal completely disrespecting my boys game....:lmao: It was some funny shit to watch no respect, no respect.....lol

i had a cat that didnt back down to any animal...one day he was outside chillin and a dog walks up to him and starts barking...my cat whacked him in the face with his claw and the dog(which was 5x the size of him) started cryin....lmao...man do i miss that cat

Red, what color is your cat?

he's an old colored boy...LOL. Yeah, he's black. His snow white siamese mom escaped one day years back when she was in heat..........we think she mated with one of the neighborhood scruff's who was also white, not sure why then all the kiddies were black...??

My cat is still a young gun & despite having only one eye defends his territory fiercely. He's blaque though so other cats probably hold back a bit in case they're accused of being racist & anti- "differently abled" felines!11

For real. Years back when I was a kid we had a siamese chocolate point momma who lived to be 17. And she by herself backed down a big ass rott that came into our backyard. My family was scared shitless but little old Taimai arched her back and got into that demon stance and went right at the fucker. Obviously if he had attacked her he would have throttled her.......but homeboy wanted none of it. I miss her too. We've had a string of really awesome cats in my family. Like little human beings. It's amazing......most cats I run into are completely aloof and could care less about your existence unless they need you to perform some basic menial task for them. Not the ones we've had.........they would come to you and look you dead in your eye and say what's up. THey were eerie at times.

Black cats are cool. I used to have a big black cat named Spike.

Recessive genes. If you breed a "true" siamese (siamese out of siamese) to a black you'd normally get 1/2 the litter black and 1/2 the litter siamese with darker points.

Plus, if there was more than one male loose in the neighborhood, it could be multiple fathers (cats can give birth to kittens from different fathers in one litter), so depending on which eggs met up with which sperm :whatever:

you think that little slut took a gangbang?? Hmmmmm, that explains things........:lmao:

I miss having a truly personable cat in the house. This old guy is alright, but he's always been more aloof yet demanding when he wants something. He still at this age makes a racket you wouldn't beleive. He sounds like a female cat in heat when he's grousy about something. Which these days seems to be just about all the time. I love him but I've felt like taking him for a long ride with him being let off somewhere. That racket, especially in the middle of the night....is just unacceptable. We think he might just be lonely without his old boy he used to run with. So I feel for him, but at the same time I need to sleep and study. That's why I'm happy it's summertime and I get him outside and he can occupy himself with more things.

Started spiking his cat chow with some revesterol and he'll be back to terrorizing birds again in short order.

my cat was once in the middle of the road and a mack truck came barreling down at him and he actually spoke the words "fuck this bitch" and did a triple lindy through the windshield and cut the drivers throat with his razor tail. miss that cat.

lol at some of these cat story recounts. im sure a raccoon with claws, not nails, backed down to a cat half its size, considering they are wild animals.

My cat is also becoming increasingly vocal with his complaints. I'm never quite sure what's bothering him, he acts like he wants outside but the door is open, there's fresh food in his bowl, and my lap is right here if he wants some comforting.

You know how old people grumble and bitch to themselves? Same thing. Sometimes they just want you to talk back to them, sometimes they want to hear their own voices.

On my honor as a man...saw it with my own eyes bro. I shit myself too, beleive me. I never saw an animal move as fast as my boy did. He swiped the coon right across his face and backed out so quick that the coons counterpunch looked in slow motion. It was one of the top 5 baddest things I've ever seen in my life. And it was no small coon either. It tried to swipe back, but the ole boy was just out of it's reach and would come back in with a swipe of his own. It was like watching Ali sticking and moving. I started to bang on the window though becuase as good as my boy was doing, it was still a coon and every time I'd seen him he was always rolling with his crew so I was worried there was more of em around. It was a whole family that would come around and get into the garage and eat the dried cat food........I think that's what must have set my homie off. Swear on my life bro, that story is not even "slightly" exaggerated. I heard the commotion outside and went to the window which was less than 10 feet from the action, so I saw everything.

I've had these exact feeling this week about my cat. I wanna kill him.
