Day 16:
Sweat sweating and more sweating it just plan absurd! Hold strong at 190lbs I am looking so much slimmer and v taper is back baby! But I have to get used to this slimmer look.
Strength is up about 15% more, busting through reps feel a little bit winded sometimes.
Workout as followed.
OHP
Dumbbell incline / decline
Squats
Push-ups
Hammer curls
