I would like to being by giving a big o'l Thank You to Dylan & Sarms1 for this amazing opportunity to log LGD-4033 solo. EDIT: THE PACKAGE HAS ARRIVED TODAY LOGGING SHALL BEING TODAY AS OS 11/2/2013!!!!!

Height: 5'11
Weight: 180lbs coming from 170lbs earlier on so im +10lbs. Max weight used to be a lean 195lbs
BF: 12-13%

I have many experiences running/doing PH, Cycles, and Sarms. LGD-4033 is the only thing I haven't tired yet and this will be a solo run with it along with the added staple supplements. Was always waiting on the reviews, feedback's, logs etc before I would personal run myself, but know im ready for this bad boy! I even spent my own hard earn money on a extra bottle of LGD-4033 just so I can make this the best 8 weeks log you have ever experienced. I will truly be putting SARMS1 to the full test!

I have tired pretty much ever RC / Sarms company out there so I will tell you how SARMS1 stack up.


LGD-4033: Starting dosing will be 10mg a day. I will bump the does to possible 15mg then 20mg as I see fit or I might just cruse at 10mg.

STAPLE SUPPLEMENTS WHILE ON:
These will be taken for the full 8 weeks.

As far as PCT goes I will be using what I already have on hand :)

DIET
IF Fasting, 8hr eating window 16hrs fast. This will be a crazy bulk but will be very clean and lean. I will be doing the gallon of a milk a day "Mon-Fri" on top of this just for shit and giggles and hell let see what type of mass I will put on :p

TRAINING

Pfft I do my own thing since I know what works for me, but you can expect a hint of a 5x5 & GVT style and a few other goodies. Saturday & Sunday will be cardio day. I will do p90x abs ever now and then.

All logging will be keep in the reserved section on the 1st page so you will always be keep updated and wont have to go digging through the thread!

Day 1: Part 1 of 2.

The look on the ladies face at Publix was priceless when I bought 7 gallons of milk with lots of eggs to.

Received my package around 2:30pm. The LGD is in a blue glasses bottle with a glass dropper, the color of the liquid is a yellow color, thin liquid but looks thick due the ingredients floating around. Smell there is really no smell to it, but if you have a good nose you will pick up a slight alcohol smell. This bottle was also fill to the brim! Like I was surprised to actual see a full bottle of liquid!

Listen here the taste of this is insane you can literally taste the purity of this, it like having cotton candy this stuff just evaporates in your mouth, but I did feel like I burnt myself under my tongue with this stuff lol it left a weird feeling under my tongue.

As far as that glass dropper goes, I hate them since you can never get those suckers to fill up. So I am using in oral syringe I have keep from unique. Lesson one always keep those oral droppers you never know when they will come in handy. :)

Keeping this a off day, but I might do some simple cardio later. Tomorrow I will Hit the weights and do some more cardio, then on monday the real fun will begin!

BTW: Monday is when my Need2Slin comes in, then on tuesday my double pack of HCGenerate & Unleashed. I so excited I feel like a fat kid in a candy shop right now! If you have any question please feel free to ask....

Starting at 10mg, that's unlike most I've seen logs for, very keen to see what results are yielded from a higher dosed cycle......
 
Guys as far as 10mg goes it will be fine. The people who are running 1mg a week and slowly bump it up are only short-handing themselves don't get me wrong they will see result but not as good as starting at 10mg. Also look at the logs where people ran lower and they regretted it and wish they have ran it at 5-10mgs starting instead. Again not saying you won't see results at a lower dose it just that you will be short handing yourself running lower.

Milk is bad for you.

Regular store bought milk is bad for you. Organic milk and raw milk have plenty of vitamins as well as natural enyzmes to help with digestion. Plus, it's been proven to slightly raise your IGF-1 level(s). So....yeah sorry but I will have to disagree, bud. Milk is also excellent for putting on weight especially if you're an ectomorph. It's called the "GOMAD approach" an acronym which stands for "gallon of milk a day."

Now here what i'm noticing so far, there is a definite increase in body temp, seem to be on par with GW :) if not a tad bit better. Muscle are for sure harder, and I seem to be carrying a little bit less water weight to. I did have a slight morning wood haaa it been a while for those or they seem to come and go.! So far you can definitely feel the purity, but the more I will used the more I will gage things. I will hit my workout around mid afternoon and will post back! So far this might be my new favorite compound!

Day 2: Part 2 of 3.

Had a mid afternoon workout felt pretty good, but this huge hungry spike came at me and all I thought about was food.

Squats 7x5x145lbs just was focusing on explosiveness and had a 6 second hold. 5x5x95lbs warm up on OHP, then I went to bench I did 5xFx145lbs with each set to fail. Keeping work out light for the first few days, but this hunger things is just pure crazy.

Muscle hardness is still there!!! LGD-4033 is working great!

Nothing much to report at this hour. Hunger feels normal right now and the spike I got early was insane. I hope when i'm at work I don't get these spikes as I will had to leave to get food and that might be everyday lol!!!!

Just bring more food lol. Invest in a large lunchbox (more like a cooler with an arm strap) and load it down.
 
get yourself cans of tuna (low sodium), bring hard boiled eggs (cut out the yolks), oats, also check out ansi gourmet all natural cheesecake bars or quest bars (these are all natural and actually a protein bar that is good for you) and start bringing some wheytobuildmuscle protein with you... these will all help...

your metabolism will increase with the more fat you are burning... keep the updates coming!

Agreed, Diet is key, a high protein diet is even more crucial to results than roids or anything else for that matter.:cool:

quest bars are one of the best proteins bars out there.I LOVE quest bars, probably my favorite protein bar around!

Well I already all have that instock besides quest bars :) but I wouldn't mind those yummy quest bars! I usually snacks on peanuts, fruits etc every hour or two before I eat my huge meal at work. but it good to know i'm on the right track.!

Taking today off from weights, don't' work today so im just relaxing and eating. Planing on changing my bulk to a recomp and will adjust my diet as my cycle progress. Right now im dryer and leaner, midsection abs are making its way more visible, v taper is coming back. Trying to lose that little bit of stubborn lower belly fat but I seem to be melting it little by little every day.

Ya i'm a sucker when it come to recomping or staying lean year around it's like I have a addaction. I usually still gain some size but it won't be any where near what I could put on if I went on a bulk mode. I just prefer recomping it seems like I always default back to that!

For sure. My bulks are "lean" bulks now. More of a glorified recomp lol

stick to these flavors in quest bars as they are the ones that are all natural and have the lower sodium content... strawberry cheesecake, chocolate peanut butter, coconut cashew, cinnamon roll and lemon... heat them in the microwave for 10 seconds and you will enjoy them even more...

i know all the tricks to making things as good as they can be bro... =)
 
I appologize if this question is redundant, but is there a best time to take LGD?

I recommend two different ways... one is first thing in the morning and the other would be 30 minutes prior to working out... either way is efficient and works well...
 
Day 4:

Just got back from work and its 6:17pm and i'm going to relax for a bit. Bodytemp at this point is nothing short of amazing, bodyfat seem to be sliding right off. I will be switching my working outs in the morning time before work and the days I don't work I will switch to evening time. The reason for the switch is it will be easier since I will have more energy, because after a long hard day at work I get wiped out sometimes.

Yes bf is coming right off. As far how much I lost I would say about .5-1% while at the same weight of 180lbs which is a good thing. Also diet, cardio,and weightlifting have been on point.

you have to understand that some people have quick reactions to things and others take a bit longer... that's just the nature of our bodies...
 
Day 5:

Just got back from work, its 5:44pm as I write this. I woke up around 6am this morning and then I took my need2slin along with my LGD, waited a few minutes about 20 min then I went to hit the weight real quick. I only did 2 body parts listed below so when i'm done writing this I will be hitting a second proper workout :)

This was my quick morning workout.

Bench 3x10x145lbs 3x5x185lbs
Ex curls 5x6x55lbs

I went to attempt standing dumbbells press to, but I felt to weak so I left them to prevent any injury. I noticed that I do need some food in the morning before I workout since I feel pretty weak on some of my normal exercise so I will do another slight adjust by adding in a light but solid meal before I lift.

Ok, I feel like am down about .5-1% bf while maintaining 180lbs which is a good thing. I will also be honest I feel so sleepy, not the lazy sleepy, but the heavy eye / relaxing type sleep and I feel like I am lacking in the energy department. So I know that I'm slightly suppressed. My HCGENERATE and UNLEASHED just came in today along with my bottle of extra bottle of LGD I bought with my own money. I will begin HCG / Unleashed tonight. Diet has been on point!

Hopefully this sleepy spell passes and I hope the energizer bunny comes my way lol!

Off to hit my second workout tonight!

Day 6:

Feeling much better now that am two days in with HCG & Unleashed, not trying hyping things up but damn these simple products just work there is no bs to them!, balls are starting to hang a little bit better and no joke i'm already feeling better. Thank goodness for HCG & Unleashed. I been taking my need2slin 2 caps 30min before breakfast and I love them <3 on my off days from work I will take a extra 2 for lunch or I might do 1 for lunch / 1 for dinner.

I just weighed myself no clothes and the scale says i'm up +4 lbs :) so I am now 184 lbs from 180 lbs so for being 1 day shy of a full week and im up 4 lbs with a 1% drop of bf that pretty darn good.

Now lets talk shipping time for that extra bottle I got, I ordered last friday and I received it on wednesday not to bad at all. Package was solid, that suckers was bubble wrapped so tight that a knife hand trouble getting through it. Labeling sucks it like a 4 year old got a hold of a house printer and just printed them and slapped them on the bottle.

I will be doing some light cardio after all workouts my goal is to keep moving any and all extra fat I may have.
 
Day 7:

Off day from work. Had a huge cheat meal which felt good. Feeling alot better now then my previous days thanks to hcg & unleashed.

I have been putting on some very nice clean lean size on my short and sweet workout approach, as far as strength and reps goes I do feel stronger on my compound lifts but when it come to my accessoires workouts I feel weaker. I don't expect too much just yets since am only a week in so I will gage things better once i'm in week 3. Muscle hardness seems to have died down.

My simple workout for today.

Incline bench: 5x"Fail"x145 lbs
Standing dumbbell press: 4 set each arm to fail 35lbs.

Making slow and steady gains!

yea im like you bro. i need food somewhat close to workout time or i feel weak as hell! not a huge meal but something.I deff cant workout fasted like some Intermittent faster's do.. not for me!No matter what im on.

Ya I can't workout fasted at all, I have tried so many times lol. Haa those people who can train on a empty stomach are lucky!

i know man.. me too. i really wanted to also due to a program i was trying to follow but my workouts were shit.Kind of bummed me out.

Stubborn fat still is melting slowly so I still need to pick up some more cardio and try and tighten things up a little bit more. Ever morning I like that dry full look can't wait for when things really kick in. Otherwise there not much else to say about LGD at this point. Hopefully things pick up better.

Glad your feeling better and fat is melting off. Have a good day off and hit it hard next week! I took today off myself as well. I needed the recovery.

My nephew has just told me I have gotten bigger, and this girl I know I told her I don't fit into my nice pair of jeans and pants I have because my quads and thighs have just gotten that much bigger, it sucks having big legs all of a sudden lol I want my damn jeans back, ok big legs are nice! When I told her that she told me something was different about me and wasn't able to figure it out this morning but then she also told me I look bigger overall so she took another look at me and was like yup you are definitely bigger :) So woot woot i'm just looking like a beast from what people are telling me, this is such a excellent confidence boost.

I was out with that girl so that why this was a later then normal post! but damn so glad I look bigger that why i'm so stoked, shit I still have 7 weeks left this will be insane!

Day 10:

Hit some squats this morning, legs are sore for the first time in a while! Also hit some Barbell bent over rows, went to attempt some pulls up but it been so long since I honestly did them and felt like a fat kid :(

Diet been good, I have been slowly backing off the calories and trying to be at least under my maintenance, and then I will keep easing into more cardio but will be putting LGD into the test maybe tomorrow in cardio performance. Fat is truly just losing up it crazy, I was like damn where is the fat coming from!!!!, but for us guys we all apparently have trouble with that lower back fat. Slow and steady wins the race.
 
Day 11:

Work is getting stressful, and for the past 2 days I have been waking up way before my alarm and im just mentally drained and tired. Im up another 1 lbs so im now 185lbs bf is shooting down even more, so far 5lbs gain and 2% lost in bf! Biceps are starting to grow and my spider veins are running rampage through my biceps looking all sexy. Still feeling sore tho... No cardio like I planned on doing just drained like I said above. Keeping this log honest and hope you all are enjoying it even tho its a simple log.

Tomorrow will be big weights.

Stop back at my house around 6:18 took a second dose of lgd before heading back out to do some things, after I came back home I went heavy on the bench, did some pushups and one accessoire workout.. All I can say is biceps and chest was pumped up on that extra 10mg and its scary. As I was out again another female I know told me I look different, so then she turned around to look at me again and the repeated the same thing. I must be doing something right.

Changing workouts to 1 compound workout a day, with 1 body weight exercise and 1 accessory workout. This will allow me to really hits things hard a heavy for a lot more set then throwing in those other compounds lifts.

There's no better feeling than when I see some of the females from my past and they're like "wow, you got hotter. Can I feel your abs??" Haha
 
What does you diet look like? I'm on day 9 and I've lost weight on a maintenance diet but my overall body measurements are the same except for my waist line. So I appear to be losing fat and preserving muscle. I may increase my caloric intake.

I still incorporate my junk foods and sweets into my diet but I balance everything. Diet pretty much the same everyday but that just the base of things.

^^Very smart. The human body is so adaptable that even after eating healthy foods for a long time it will still adapt to store fat. That's why cheat days are just as important as the regular healthy days because it associates hard work with reward and actually helps to reset your body's metabolic processes so that you can continue to lose body fat and gain muscle. That and I used to deadlift the day after my cheat day so that way you can put all that glycogen and crap calories towards something productive.

This looks pretty solid man. I dropped the PB and milk myself as they contributed to fat gain for me.

Day 13 Yesterday:

Got home late so I decided to rest up, but LGD is kicking back in the muscle hardness, chest was sore the day before but is completely healed up which is crazy fast! Im just so speechless at the recomping I have been going thru it like everytime I look in the mirror i'm a different person. Hunger at this point is not existent it like i'm very content with the foods I eat and get full fast to which is a good thing in my book. Sweating a lot tho and its crazy.

Day 14 Today 11/15/13

Took a split does again today for a total of 20mg this is my second time doing this and the reason for this is I want to let you guys know what it feels like. Well I for sure say you will get some wicked pumps, sweats, and if you are a veiny person all your veins will pop up like a pop up book, but 20mg is just a little to much for my liking and I think 10mg is the best does. but haa it is fun playing with 20mg tho :)

Workout was power cleans and pull ups. On power clean I have always struggle with dropping under the weights, so my form is pretty bad on that one part. I need some guidance on dropping under I know front squats help but I need a different approach.

I can say the LGD is tren little brother I know it hard to compare anything to tren but in all seriousness this is tren baby brother. The night sweats and sweating in general is crazy on LGD this far in, pumps and hardness are comping back and I feel like a 10ton blast door at this point. Very very happy at the progress I am making,

I also did a 1 mile run I can say there is about a 10% increase in cardio perform but you have to keep a good pace and have proper breathing in order to feel it, it was like I could breath slightly better and was just a better run but I dont expect no more than a 20% increase.
 
Day 15:

Took an of day and re-feed today also spent time with the family. Muscle hardness is in full effect and im +5 lbs and about .5% more bf drop for a total of 10lbs & 2.5%bf drop. I am now 190lbs. Looking smaller due to bf drop but I look solid and firm.

Was 170lbs before starting gained 10lbs naturally then once I started I was at 180lbs which I am now at 190lbs and close to 3% drop in BF. This is to give you a better idea of the power of diet, workout routine and of course LGD :).

Sweat sweating and more sweating it just plan absurd! Hold strong at 190lbs I am looking so much slimmer and v taper is back baby! But I have to get used to this slimmer look.

Strength is up about 15% more, busting through reps feel a little bit winded sometimes.

Squats
Push-ups
Hammer curls

I will post numbers on my next workout.
