i wanna log my status here to give information about my past and present
in terms of Fitness and steroids

i started working out at the age of 21
without any steroids for about 3 years
then jumped On gear cycle on and off
of the following
test p 100mg eod
eq _100 mg eod
anavar 50mg ed
tren 100 mg eod
hgh 4 ui ED
did also
tbol _ winstrol
sarms however just did gw for very short
for pct
aromasin and clomid and nolva


my training and diet
i did wight training and steady cardio
6 x a week
also kickboxing for 3 days a week
my diet was and still balanced
not a fancy consist of
rice _potatos _bread _fruit for carbs
chicken _beef _ whey protein _eggs _greek yogrhit _ for protien
olive oil_peanut butter _almonds for fats

4 to 5 meals a day around 3500 cals a day
yes sometime there is KFC in between here and there 😑😅 and some cheesecakes 😷

this is before i went off of everthing for 3 years deppression and life issues struggle
after got married and got my 1 year old girl covid issues and bad econmy lost job ects ( not an actuall execuse but my mood and mind was not focus on training)
went from 68 kg to 111 kg in those 3 years body fat so high
my health issues :
i have a deppression and anxiety im on
lexapro 10mg ED
also have hidradenitis suppurativa and it got worst when body fat high
just finshed also a pilonidal sinus surgery im now on ther recovery period feeling alright

however before the surgery i dropped my weight to 100 kg and now my status
100 kg
172 cm
age 32
body fat above 30 %
i did this workout
ED _ kickboxing class for 2 hours at 2 pm
ED _ treadmill walk for 15 _20 min
(cant really run due to calves muscle cramp and may got low level muscle strain)

blood tests
LH
FSH
free test
total test
estrogen


my goal is
stamina for mma and kickboxing
increase strenght + speed = power
durbillity or body conditioning to get hit
increase mobilty
reduce as much bf increase a functional muscle

i would compete in amature mma and kickboxing tournments and local fights
( light heavy weight or heavy weight)

i hope i loged everthing needed to explain and get help on any matter i need

how about diet, its pretty clear but tell us when you eat and what time you eat what

about now I mentioned im on a post surgery recovery for so i do nothing now

however Planing to do similir to before my surgery
but didnt continue due to my need to do the surgery so i did this for a about a month
it was like this :_

my diet timing would be similir to this
7 Am : 4 eggs white 2 whole eggs +100 g oatmeal with 1 cup whole milk 1 banana _ 1 tbls peanut butter
10 Am _ greek yogrit _ 1 banana _

12 pm _ pre workout protien shake

2 pm kickboxing class for 2 hours

4 pm _post workout meal _ a chicken breast burger grilled with protien shake

7 pm _ half grilled chicken _ diet soda

10 pm _ wight training 25 min high rep
split (pull _push _legs _repeat) 6 x week 1 day off

judo and wrestling class at 3 pm to 5 pm

about the TRT no im not on it I plan to have kids if TRT may not help?.

I dont plan to jump on steroids at least to drop my BF % to below 15 % or less
maybe sarms idk

now my concern is about my age i think its very late for my mma game or this what my ex coach told me 😅 would my performnce be as good as a young athlates?? if i jump On gear after droping BF %??

now on the diet, drop the diet soday
increase omega 3 fish oil so you can get recovery you need it in the diet
you also need collagen , get some chicken or beef broth

and waiting on the pictures man update us

37 if you just going slow is fine but you're not going to UFC right ;)

Stick to your plan (under 15%)
 
i started steroids at 18 and turned out fine
I don't see why you can't do the same
 
what you did in the past is now done we can't go back and change things
 
Yeah progress pics before middle and end so u can toss up comparison shots for us and yourself to see the improvements

a qustion I have what is the best supplement for skin health in general? as its in my pics i have a bad skin health
I have a bad HS level and my doctor told me that I have to drop lots of weight to control it

@TariqMMA for skin care hard to say but in your situation I would suggest taking magnesium baths
also you should use coconut oil on the skin like rub it in

how about fat loss? surgery or injury or not, what diet are you keeping? we need to have you start doing fasting intermittent fasting so you can lean out as you recover

Possibly the medication you are on makes it very hard for you to fast. Eating regularly but with a small calorie deficit will likely help you more.

@TariqMMA i see your pics you can work on dropping bodyfat without training even

3500 calories is too much for you
you need to start to go lower carbs

10% carbs 50% protein 40% fats
show us which foods you eating
start writing it down

just an FYI with fasting

if you train your body to need food every two or three hours and of course trying to switch that off is going to be uncomfortable at first

you gotta give it a couple weeks and once you do then you won't want to go back

food becomes a habitual thing and also an addiction to a lot of people and you'll use food to cover up some stress in your life mentally and that's exactly what's happening in your situation. It's the same logic as to why women will overeat when they are depressed or under a lot of stress

When I did that years ago it was rough for about 3 weeks with feelings of empty and hunger, I just chugged a bunch of water till it went away and I trained myself

my joints hurts and there is snaps and cracks in my shoulders

my workout for now is
20 min walking only
I tried to showdow box and heavy bag I noteced lost lots of endurance

cant go to the gym this month as my doctor suggested
walking is the only thing i can do for now

@TariqMMA good start you're keeping it fairly clean

you need to add omega 3 fats to your diet and more fiber
 
walking is good exercise maybe take some photography nice and relaxing activity
 
Everything takes time and slowly but surely you will piece it all together.

your estrogen way too high you need to use some aromasin asap and some hcgenerate to clean this up

you're doing so much cardio training and high E2? you need to start a change big time

you can use a little caber if you want. it isn't mandatory unless you are abusing
