liposuction to slim down - good or bad?

Sounds like the dude is just a liitle lazy...

"I do not live in the gym" (well are you implying you don`t put in the time and neccesary effort?) ..."and obsession with diet is not my desired lifestyle" (Well I hate peeing and pooping every thirty minutes, but hey if you want something bad enough!)

Everybody is different though you may be one of those people that actually could not lose that last little bit of fat if they tried and may actually require Lipo (but from what you posted, I seriously doubt it!).

I understand what you are saying , I am 34 and got tired of my gut, not much fat anywhere else just the belly. 17 years of an inactive life style coupled with bad eating/drinking habits caught up with me.

4 months ago I finally got my ass on a diet (nothing extreme, just clean) and to the gym for cardio and weight training 4-5 times a week. I am pleased to say I have lost 2.5 inches off my waist and about 16 pounds (I am sure a lot of it is water weight, but some of it definetely counts for fat). Now I am looking to work off that last bit around the belly and build muscle, I hope I am not one of "those people" who will have to live with that "tiny tire" all their lives.

I, too considered lipo, but decided to give this a try first. If you havent exhausted all possibilities, dont opt for lipo yet - there may be a better way out without it having to consume your life. How much time/effort you want to put in is entirely upto you

So I read all your comments and let me make some stuff clear. I am 39 and have been going to the gym since im 16 years old. Working out and healthy eating have ALWAYS been part of my lifestyle. I am 5'8" and have always weighed a fit 155 to 160 lbs. I have gotten my weight as high as 185 using "chem assistance" under a doc's supervision. I read everything on working out and nutrition, have been on all sorts of programs, and have worked with trainers. Through it all, I have always had a thick middle. When i say that, it is something only I would notice. I could never get my abs to cut. My waist has always bee from 29 (at 19 years of age) to 32" recently, and all time high was 33" at 185 lbs. What I'm saying is that with all that work it was very discouraging to always see abs covered with a layer of flab. I have ALWAYS been on a diet - low cal, low fat, fasting, combining, vegatarian and more recently - Atkins and body for life. I got so obsessed that I developed an ulcer fm constant dieting. The only time I ever had flat abs was when I had a break up, got sepressed, stopped eating, and went down to 135 lbs. I looked sickly and emaciated but finally had a flat belly. WOW - i had abs - great!
Living on a constant diet - ALWAYS seeking a way to finally lose the ab flab - thinking SOMEDAY i will do it - it got frustrating. I am not fat and shouldn't be "dieting" always. What I mean is I shouldnt be tring to change my weight. Wanting to lose bodyfat was fine but I finally figured that genetically, this was probably me. Anyway, three days ago I did it. My doctor said I was a perfect candidate - in shape - NOT OVERWEIGHT at 155lbs (about 13% bodyfat). I just wanted my belly and lovehandles to match the rest of the lean me. What I meant in my first posting about not wanting to LIVE this way was I didnt want to live the rest of my life trying to get down to below 10% bodyfat. Who can sustain that?? So after it was done, the doc took out 3 lbs that was bugging me for over 20 years. He really changed my shape - not my weight. He said that I would have had to lose 20 to 30 lbs to get that 3 pounds off. So it is done. I look flat but im sore and puffy. We'll see how it looks and "works". Will it look natural. It is weird to finally have a FLAT stomach and a tapered waist. I had a four pack. Will i have a six or eight pack now. I'll tell you guys as the swelling goes down. Anyway, don't be so judgemental. We're all just trying to do our best. Current info on obesity and losing weight supports the fact that diets for loosing are not good long term solutions - but that can start a whole new discussion. Ill keep you guys posted.

Hey, these are all personal choices. You did what you felt you needed to do. Just wanted to add my .02.

Been there. Losing "weight" was never a problem; neither was gaining it back. Hell, since wrestling in HS and College, I could ALWAYS drop weight.

I'd also go through spurts of lifting/working out, but with no real plan. Did get into pretty decent shape at about 33; was playing BBall every day (company had a gym, flex hours, played pickup games at lunch), running steps, etc. But never really addressed my diet, and when I changed jobs, the weight ballooned back up.

Finally, though, I got serious about how and what I ate. Seriously, I think 90% of this shit is diet. Training helps. But I don't think of myself as being "on a diet" anymore. This is just how I eat. If I want to lose weight, I eat less. Gain, eat more. etc.

So hey, it can be done. Even at 39 :D

Drugs are the first step, shrink the fat cells as muc h as possible using eca, clen, dnp, t3, then after the volume of fat cells is as low as you are going to get it, then go get lipo
When the doc does lipo he removes a set volume, say 100cc's now if you are at 20% fat that 100cc's may only contain say.....10,000 fat cells, but if you get down to 10% fat (using clen) that 100cc's may now contain 40,000 fat cells, so when you get the lipo, you are getting more for your money.....
