When it all happens.
Last night my wife asked, "So, what records have you broken in the gym this week?"
I explained to her about how being on a cutting diet, and doing pre-breakfast cardio impacts lifts, but it got me thinking about the real fight in all this. The day to day, refusing to give up fight that bodybuilding, on or off cycle, is. I'm deep into this cycle, onto the 5th page of this thread, and am fighting all out, every day to keep the gains I have made while slowly cutting towards a show.
At times, there didn't seem to be much to write about. Losing 1 pound a week for the last month only sparks so much interest. But I engage in this battle without pause. I have won before stepping on the stage, because I refuse to give up.
