Alright, here is the cycle layout. This is my third cycle and it is the natural progression of what I had done so far. Primo is the stand out new AAS for me here, and I look forward to meeting it with a fresh intensity in my workouts and diet.

1-20 Test Cyp 350mg per week, split in 2
1-20 Mast E 700mg per week, split in 2
1-10 Primo 600mg per week, split in 2
11-20 Primo 800mg per week, split in 2
1-6 GW501516 20mg a day, split in 2
1-6 S-4 50mg a day, split in 2
1-6 Tbol 50mg per day
15-20 Winstrol 50mg per day
N2Guard with orals
Aromasin 12.5mg on pin days
7-20 HCGenerate

I've been doing the SARMS for the past 10 weeks and include them here as part of my kick for their unique benefits.

I plan on getting bloods at week 10 to check my Estro levels, among other things.

With that posted, onto the good stuff

absolutely looks great... the one thing i would do different is start on sarms again on the back end after you are off of them 4 weeks or so but everything else is exactly spot on bro... doses look good, combination of compounds is great... everything looks great... very rarely do i say that =)

“A sword is useless in the hands of a coward.”

In Buddhism, this speaks directly to the need to develop strong faith in order to achieve your goals and realize your dreams. It stands as a warning against having a weak spiritual practice and making less than an all out effort to move forward.

I see a parallel in bodybuilding, and this is why I caution people about deciding to cross over to using AAS for any reason other than the fact that they have reached their full genetic potential.

Unless you have struggled to develop and execute challenging work out designs, using these to push yourself further than you ever thought you could, for years on end, you’re not ready. Until you have experimented with diet approaches that have given you real results for both bulking and cutting, you’re not ready.

In fact, turning to gear without having these experiences can actually lead to weakness, as it may feed a belief that things in life can be achieved without dedication and hard work.

The 15 years I trained hard core before choosing to accent my physique with anabolics were awesome, and I learned so much about myself, not the least of which was how to dig deep to bring out my best, to turn the impossible into the possible.

This is my third cycle, and it includes all the things I have learned here at Elite Fitness as well as the tutoring I have received from the Mods. Keep an eye on this thread as I promise to challenge myself absolutely as I prepare for a contest at the end of the Summer.

This is the point where I transcend everything I thought limited me in any way.

A sword is useless in the hands of a coward.

I'll follow this as always. Not just a training log but the way you write stuff is awesome. It really is an art

Thanx bonacris. Always good to read your posts too.

So here I am, where many of us find ourselves a couple times a year; waiting for the gear to kick in.

But, I think that my attitude toward this will greatly impact the gains I make on this round and beyond.

IMO, if I get caught up with thinking, "I can't wait till I feel stronger from my gear so I can set some PR's.", or, "I can't wait till I start getting more cut from the AAS.", I'm setting myself up a mediocre outcome.

I prefer to get into the mind set that I'm going to take this to a whole 'nother level right now. I'm not waiting for anything to boost my life condition to set a new personal record. The choice is mine, and I'm going to win right now.

So I set up a new 12 weeks workout design so that I'm hitting a point even as we speak, (speak? whatever...) where everything is challenging. I have to lift all out to meet my projected lifts on any given day, and I'm seeing results.

With this vision in place, when I do realize my gear kicking in, there is no telling where I can take it.

"Buddhism is win or lose; it has to be win!"

Will b following this. As always look forward to inspiration as well as insight.

Interesting cycle my friend... mast @ 700mg - do you shed much hair on this ?

what is the mg/ml of your mast and primo ?

thanks bro.

Thanx for checking in gentlemen.

I am using S.A.P. Primo and Mast E at 200mg/ml. I had concern about the Primo being 200 but after contacting the manufacturer, and speaking to my source, whom I trust, I feel confident that it is all G2G.

I'm 50 years old and I have never shed a hair, even with Mast E for the second 10 weeks of my last cycle at 500mg a week.

I have the responses from the manufacturer if anyone is curious about the Primo.

Oh, one of the first things I notice when I start a cycle, 7 days in and there are alot more sexy looking girls around. LOL!
