Like Nothing Before

That's a serious cycle and all stuff that I like. The dosages are up there but you're an advanced lifter so you know what you;re doing. I like the way you split the oral dosaging. The only think I'd suggest is some PF POSTCYCLE for that in-between time to regenerate the liver before hitting it again for another 5 weeks.

Thanx Stevesmi, will do.

Right where you want to be at the start of a cycle.

Yesterday in the gym when I was signing in a regular started asking me about the competition I'm focused on at the end of the Summer. Suddenly a handful of gym friends come up, and then the owner, a sixty something year old guy steps in. "Are you a competitive bodybuilder?", he asks with a smile. "Well, I'm a bodybuilder, and I'm going to compete.", I venture back. He responds, "Your going to do great. Your in great shape!"

You could have knocked me over with a 1 pound dumb bell. Here is this guy, been lifting and part of the southern CA scene for ever telling me I'm in great shape. I felt really humbled and encouraged at the same time.

And wow, did I have a great workout.

Oh yea, my starting stats.

I have been dieting to enhance definition over the past 20 weeks, first during my PCT, and then on a triple SARMS stack. That brought me in as follows.

220 pounds
11%bf

I started eating to support a lean bulk 2 weeks ago, and I am already feeling the difference in fullness when I put on clothes. Of course, I am training with a mission, so I am getting great pumps, and it is almost 2 weeks in on 50mgs of Tbol a day.

I'm doing my usual push/pull/legs split, but am going basic heavy lifts 3 days, and then high reps, including 100's and reverse pyramiding the other 3. I'm six weeks into this design and am already sketching out what the next 12 weeks will look like. Right now I'm working out the lighter days, which will focus on time under tension sets. That should be fun.

9:00 AM, 2 meals down, and off to the gym.

Just killing it.

Every day in the gym, with note book open, fighting to hit my projected weights.

I was reading an article about Frank Zane and he drove home the point of keeping reps up around 10, so I adjusted some of my weights since I was going down to 6, and I am pushing them back up 5-10 lbs. every time I do the exercise. I'm still doing a last set of 12-15 because it still feels right.

Lean bulking as I come out of 20 weeks of cutting, and I'm up 3 lbs. with no loss of cut. Just starting to review basic poses, and holding them in a mirror to get used to them. I plan on taking a couple lessons from an experienced competitor in order to be fully prepared on every front for my up coming show.

23 weeks out; it's a long time, and a short time.

Dragging at the end of a work day yesterday, but still managed to steer the car to the gym for legs. It was later than usual and every leg press and squat rack were taken. Onto the leg extension for high reps, and it was;

60 for 20 reps
70 for 20
80 for 20
90
100
120
and finally 130 for 15

I was feeling pumped when a couple kids with bad form caught my eye on the leg press. They were struggling for sets of 15 as I walked up. "May I work in?" I inquired as they nodded approval. I did 30 with there weight in good form while sharing some pointers. In all I did 7 sets, none under 15 and I could hardly bend my legs to go up the stairs.

I got in early today for Chest/Front and Center Deltoid/Tris and Core, and killed it. I'm already getting these really painful, burning pumps in my shoulders as I progress through the workout, and the endorphines afterwards are amazing!

3 weeks in and still determined to make this happen now.
