Deads and lats
Nice dead by B fold the truth whoever that is. 500 for 15 is impressive. Metal Gear Imma start doing alot of rows again, Dumbell rows used to be a favorite of mine. A probable back routine of mine would propbably look like this now. Deads 5 x 5, hang cleans 5 x 5, Pull downs or pull ups 8 x 6-8 or 8 x max respectively. Than I will go to 8 sets of rows mixed and pull overs, 5 x 8-10. How's that sound Metal ?? Thanks alot and Talk to you bros lata, GET HUGE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
