What kind of results should I expect on my next sarms stack
I’m doing
s4/andarine 50mgs a day 9 weeks
lgd4033 20mgs a day 12 weeks
6’1’’ 249 pounds and 25% body fat

Answer leads to lots of unknown.
Bad diet, no work out routine will only give you empty pocket results.
Everyone gets different results.
Good diet and solid work out including cardio. Now that will give you better results. What kind of results are you wanting? Add mass, look bigger. Get ripped, loose weight?etc…

we know from studies and anecdotal evidence that the better diet and workouts on sarms, the better the results. same goes for steroids

i would do 10mgs lgd not 20mgs

and andrine do 12 weeks

you'll lose some bodyfat

You definitely want to run a cut so LGD won't be the best fit here. I would go with compounds like Cardarine, S4, and Ostarine. Even RAD over Ostarine would be a good fit.
