Lethargic feeling on 19 Tren TFO, other results

I just started 19 Tren TFO on Monday (yesterday). 3 a day, Morning, 3:00pm (2 hours before workout), and evening. I've had two today, about to take third. I know in many ways it is too soon to tell, but here's my impression so far and some questions:

Positive - I'm drying out nicely, skin is thining out, already "harder". I'm very vascular to begin with, but I'm seeing more, and they seem to be larger. I was doing dumbbell wrist curls and was admiting some nice ropes. Drinking well over a gallon, and releasing it every couple hours. Also, I have noted no increased insulin resistance as I have continued to use the same carb-to-insulin ratio (I'm insulin-dependent diabetic).

Not So Positive - I'm very lethargic. Never felt this "worn out". I feel like I could lift more, but yet I seem to not have the umph to really lift hard. I tried lifting hard at lunch, but wore out quick, and then my after work workout was pathetic. Even when I am sick (which I have been twice this cold season) I'm able to still workout at 80-90%. I felt like I was maybe 50-60% today. Yesterday was not as bad, but I definitely felt like I was losing energy. Caffeine helped me get through the day. My typical pre workout drink didn't help at all. I just felt drained yesterday evening and all day today.

My questions are:
1) Is this normal, and will this typically go away over time?
2) I plan to start Dermacrine LV in a couple days (took advantage of the sale) – will this help with this lethargic feeling (if it doesn’t go away)?

Not to say the product is exactly like tren but lets look at some of the common side effects of tren.

1. Decreased cardoi output!!!

Yup sounds like you are getting some of this.

2. For some increased calorie use. Ie its eating up every last cal you are putting in your body and right about now begging for more.

3. Yes slowed Kidney function is a side effect of tren and since you are taking a oral this may be even more effected.

SO My questions to you are.

1. You said you are eating no more cals. If your goal is cutting well then when cutting these are just some of the sides one has to deal with. Your going to have less energy when you are not getting in the right amount of cals to fuel what your body is doing all day. A product like this can quickly put you into this state if you have not adjusted cals upward. Try eating a few more healthy fats threw out the day and or using a energy booster (that is not also a calorie burner!!!)

2. What are you taking for a liver support if any at all. Is it forged liver support?

Yes its not something everyone is taking well on the tren tfo or other tren products. However forged liver support not only has ingredients for liver support but it also has ingredients to help support the kidneys and pancreas.

I would say that's a good description. 15-20 min into the workout I feel like I just finished a cardio session.

Gotcha. It's a little harder for me to increase my cals using carbs because that means more insulin (though I will if needed). I'll throw some more fats in (walnuts and pecans, flax oil) with each meal and snack. I am interested in cutting some, so maybe I'll just deal with this side of it, because it sounds like that means IT'S WORKING!

It's called Perfect Cycle. It has Milk Thistle, NAC, ALA and a couple other things. I also take additional ALA simply due to being Diabetic (about 1g a day in total).

Needto, thanks for your input! Overall I like what it's doing, but the energy output (or lack there of) was something I wasn't expecting right away. If it comes with the territory, then that is what I will deal with. No pain, no gain!

Do you think the Dermacine LV will help give me some performance back? Do you think that would be a good stack?

I changed things a little today, and I had a much better run of things. I consumed about 20 more grams of carbs with my breakfast, and about 25 more gram of fats throughout the day. I also turned my workout intensity down a notch. I was able to plow through my workouts with no problem today. Granted, they weren't as intense as usual, but they were still productive, and I was able to do all the sets. Overall, I like what I'm feeling so far, and it looks like a few small tweaks will control these energy issues.

Still no insulin resistance to speak off - this is great because I get insulin resistance on oral AAS. And so far, no bad heartburn.

I can't wait to stack in the dermacrine when it get's here. I'm also considering running this with test and anavar when I get a chance to get some more test in a few months.

Needto, thanks!

mild headaches and lethargy are the two common sides i get with the 19tren early on in the first week, however by week two im cruising and bruising.

After PCT i swould reccommend you getting a full blood panel done.
better safe than sorry the symptioms you describe even tho it "might" Be the tren, other hidden causes are the thyroid and aortic heart valve defects.

S'up RADAR? I just had a blood test done. I have one done every month actually, I'm real anal like that. Everything was perfect, other than my Liver values were still high-normal (they will return to be very low) so I decided to not start methylated gear just yet. My CPK was high, but it always is when I go in for morning blood work after a workout session the day before.

Never can be to careful of course. When in doubt check it out. Get the tests.
