less gains

gang- I was doing my first with 250 test e (qv) for 10 wks and 40 dbol (pink bd) for the first four... well I am half way through week six and have stopped growing, in fact I think I am shrinking now (pouts). I went from 185 to 205 in the first four or so.... Has the test kicked in yet (in your opinion)? Should I wait a few? Argggghhh!!! :evil:
 
It's usual for gains to plateau during the second half of the cycle. That's why some people like to throw in another androgen during the last few weeks. I would keep bumping your calories and try some shock techniques in the gym

I hate asking this because this question gets some people worked up. But if you were in dbol cycle and this plateau came what oral would you add (if it had to be oral) or would you just complete cycle dbol only?
 
I wouldn't add another oral with dbol-only. That'll wreck your liver. Plus dbol only cycles shouldn't last more than 6 weeks. I was talking about 10-12 weekers

Thats what I thought. I've started 1st week 24mg ed, gradually up to 42mg by week 3, then taper down by week 7 to 9mg ed last week. pct of course

You're only doing 250mg/wk of test?? I would've done more test. But it's too late for that now. I'd just throw the dbol back in if I were you. Keep it low dosed.
 
was first one...yeah.. I cant wait for pct so I can look forward to doing 500 next ten weeks and maybe something else on top
 
bro you just gained 20lbs in 6 weeks. Nothing wrong with that IMO. Keep eating and solidy those 20lbs. You will look like a totally different 205 when its quality and not water.

IT goes like this:

Wks 1-4-Gain from Dbol
wks 5-- Lose dbol water and gain muscle from Test. No weight change, but different comp.

start gaining weight again wks 8+

Be calm, keep eating.
 
shawn i would drop the dbol and add some tren, and/or eq. you gained 20 lbs in four weeks!!! but think about it...how much of that can possibly be quality lean muscle? you are probably holding a lot of water and will literally piss away a lot of your gains when this cycle ends. is it humanly possible to add 20 lbs of muscle in four weeks? (maybe 20 lbs of water!)

you may want to readjust your thinking and not expect miracles from AAS. tren or eq will give you slower but more qualtiy gains. test and dbol just too bloat inducing. are you taking arimidex? has anyone told you look bloated?
 
Oops! I missed the part where you gained 20lbs already. Forget the dbol then, just chill out and let the test do its thing. You're already up 20lbs.
 
While I was on the pink thais I looked a little bloated in my gut and face, but I stay pretty ripped regardless... yeah, I'm up 20 lbs and strong as hell, but I don't want it to slow down now. I may try some winny toward the end, but don't wanna go eq or tren or anything like that just yet. Maybe down the road a few cycles. I do love the comments at the gym and people asking what my routine and diet is like :) . I'll try to link a before pic from the pictures of members forum. I was at 180-5 or so there, and I'll post up some progress pics and an end pic later. Thanks for all your help!

Yes, I would second this. Keep the faith Bro. Also, It is important that you weight yourself at the exact same time every time. In other words, your body looks a bit limp in the morning, but by 12pm you look alot better due to having eaten and replenished your body with fluids. I wake up and think "I'm falling apart", but by Mid Day my mood is better. Weight yourself at, say, 6pm once a week. Also, keep your calories high and give it loads in the gym. Relax Bro, your doing nothing wrong
