legs keep cramping..need help...

legs keep cramping..need help...lunged 1000 meters about...

i decided for fun a couple hrs AFTER my leg workout to do 30 minutes of straight lunges outside while walking my dog...i puked after 15 minutes, but kept goin till i did my 30 mins (without rest of course)...was about 1000 meters and i never experienced anything so excrutiatingly painful (lactic acid wise) in my legs in my life LOL..im glad i did it though..i only got in 45-60 mins in the gym so i was tryin to make up for the lousy gym workout of just extensions for warmups, hack squats, havy leg extensions, 2 sets lunges, 3 sets stiff legged deadlifts..which for me aint no friggen leg workout!! Now its 9:40 on a sat night and i cant move my legs hardly cuz when i get up or sit they cramp like crazy...wtf!!!! LOL! What would u guys suggest to rid this annoying cramping...potassium perhaps? What else? Just had a protein/glucose shake...im not getting up for awhile though...i just KNOW my fuckin hamstrings will shock me to life with cramps if i stand up LOL!

p.s: i guess i just did it because when i was listening to my MP3 player...my posing routine song "one moment in time" came on and then the thought of winning the overall at my 2nd contest came to mind (which i achieved on april 8th)...then...competing in the NPC Southern States next year and the thought of taking the overall at that show someday in the future came to mind as well...i honestly feel...with 110% of me, that If i do whats necessary, i can take the overall at that show, and MARK MY WORDS< Eventually, I WILL be the Overall champ at that show!!!!...regardless of the fact that it's one of the biggest shows in the nation, 325 competitors expected to compete I believe...and i just got so motivated and psyched up...i decided to lunge my way to exhaustion...while everyone is out getting drunk and wasted and 90% of guys r failing miserably for some half assed broad to stick their dick in, im pushing myself to the limits and making something of myself...at least I know the pain I put myself through will pay off oneday (already has in some regards)...that, in a nutshell...is what get's me through the day..

After my last leg workout I laid in the floor for over a hour because everytime I tried to get up my hamstrings would cramp bad. I kept streching untill finally the cramps subsided.

seriously? shit...thats actually a kinda good thing...at least you know you killed your legs...theyll only grow from that im sure :)


id try to reach for absolute leg burnout like you on my next leg workout...but this was my last week of bulking and for the next 6-8 weeks ill be totally off (just 400mg primo 100test, 4iu hgh, 25mcgst3)...so im just gunna relax and train with a bit less intensity, but definately not at my normal volume/intensity..kinda looking forward to it..my body is telling me "stop now, youre burning yourself out bigtime"...been using big amounts of juice the last 6 months or so nonstop so gotta lay low for awhile now...

il;l try the potassium and more agua...up to 1800mgs potassium? umm...correct me if im wrong..but cant too much potassium fuck with your heart and lead to a MI or something along those lines?..i was thinking thatd help too (potassium, small amount though)...would a heating pad help also?

cramps are fucking hell
my quads used to cramp sometimes so goddamn bad id have to crawl around the house and start gnawing on anything and everything that gave me potassium and magnesium as well as carbs and sodium
 
1800mgs is on the high end and dosage will depend on your diet (sodium and potassium intake)-- dosing spread throughout the day. btw- a single banana can have up to 500mg K+
 
not just those but massages will dramatically reduce tension. in the muscle. try a massage EW and streching..3x a day..and those potass...and mag..stuff. also calcium! remember when your muscle flexes it uses calcium:)
