Approved Log Lean Growth Phase cycle

Alex1909

V.I.P.
EF Logger
Quick introduction legends,

Age:35
Height:179cm
Current weight:87kg

Still pretty fresh on the PED scene, coming up to a year on pretty safe dosages/cycles. Could say this will be my third technically, but I’ve always kept things very safe as I’m all for longevity and my health is pier mount.
I’ve logged on UGL/EVO before, so this is a first on elite for me! @livewell labs has been kind enough to entrust me with their mix of peptides to help on my journey and I’ll be coached by @freakfit. Into my second year of traning, only a year of that has been with intelligent programming and structure.
Long term goal to build and maintain the best version of myself for the long haul, 1% better every day, strength and body composition.

Diet/Macros:

P:
167g
C:257g
F:27
Daily intake:2063

Meal1: oats/berries/honey/protein shake
Meal2: chicken breast/sweet potato/mixed veg
Meal3: protein shake/LCM bar
Meal4: lean beef mince/rice/mixed veggies
Intra: carb powder/electrolytes

Current cycle PEDS ⚙️:

300MG Test E p/w split into 3
300MG Primo p/w split into 3

@Sassy's Pharmaceuticals oils (previous sponsor)

Current Peptides 💥:

3IU HGH every night
.25ml TB 500 every night
.25ml BPC every night
.25ml RETA every night

Sponsored by @livewell labs ❤️

Current vitamins/support:
Multi, executive B, tudca, fish oil, ZMAG, liver defence, milk thistle drops, coq10, bergamot, NAC, Tesofensene (@Driven_nutrition)

Cardio: Light treadmill/bike on non-traning days and 6K steps daily.

Traning week:

Chest/Tri
Back/Bi
Rest
Shoulders
Rest
Legs

Will go into more detail once I’ve started this new program set out by @freakfit, ie; Reps/effort/sets.

Photos/comparisons being shared below are very recent (obviously the afters), before were taken a year to 6 months ago. Bloods are due to be done very soon also. (Every 3 months)
Last report wasn’t amazing as e2 was quite high and some markers were a little off, which I’ve taken on board and followed advice from a very knowledgeable source.

Although a sponsor would be nice for my oil supply, I’m happy to go it alone for now as I feel it will hold me accountable and keep me disciplined. I’ve logged for @Raptor Labs and @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals before so I’m very thankful of the help and support I’ve received from those legends in the past.

Been a reasonable week with my hectic work schedule. I’ve kept on track for the most part, slightly down a kg or 2 with fluctuation in mind.
coach is happy with my second check in, early days but things are moving in the right direction. Traning has been unreal, new program has ignited that passion for traning again, diet has been 90% clean and on track with a few minor bits and pieces untracked and not planned. Only down fall is my sleep pattern at the moment, it’s been terrible, although recovery has been decent nonetheless. Also I’ve found myself and oil sponsor as I reached out to the one and only @ODINLABS / @OdinLabsRep and they want to add me to their list of loggers, couldn’t be more grateful and I’ve heard nothing but positive things about them.

Traning Schedule:

Chest/Tri
Back/Bi
Shoulders
Rest day (active)
Legs
Rest day (active)

Coach (@freakfit) has me at a minimum 6k steps per day, have been consistently hitting that, adding treadmill in after workouts at least 2-3 times a week. 30 minutes

Front/Back/Side shot from this weeks check-in also, definitely not happy with my body right now, I look like shit, but I’m determined. Diet has to be dialled back 101% and sleep NEEDS to improve. Traning has been amazing, life could be better.
Appreciate everyone’s feedback and support always. ❤️

Weekly update on well being, energy, diet, traning etc:
Really solid week all round, (minus a little sugar indulgence). Diet has been 85% on point with the plan, not happy about that, but I’m aware and next week will be better. Traning has been great, I’m currently completely cutting myself off caffeine loaded pre’s for my evening workouts. Sleep has suffered for too long! Replaced with MotsC/Super Drive from @Driven_nutrition. It’s honestly been a learning curve as you don’t realise how much you rely on caffeine for traning. (I do anyways)
Few notes; explosiveness and strength has taken a little hit-10-15% drop but intensity, focus and pump has been like nothing I’ve experienced. Placebo this, placebo that, I’m listening to my body is all I can say. Workouts have felt so much more productive and muscles full and activated afterwards. Have partied a little hard this weekend, but I definitely needed it, just come off 4 weeks straight with 2 days off, didn’t drink that much so I don’t feel bad.
Coach @freakfit is happy with how things are moving and I believe he may be adjusting diet accordingly within the next week or 2.

Thanks again to the community for all the support and feedback. 🙏❤️

Pics from today’s check-in, almost the same weight as last week, but I’m feeling slightly leaner, Reta is doing its job.

@Driven_nutrition is a well backed and supported member of the UGL and beyond community. Great guy, sells “all legal” products to assist in traning and cycle support. Very unique range of products. He is not sponsoring me in any way, just like to give the legend a shout out is all!

I’ll post EF earlier and EVO a few days later, some differences. Will this be ok?

if he's legal he should come and get a thread up on EF bro

I’ll hit him up mate and let him know!!

What differences do you need from my logs mate? And may I ask what the issue is with copy/paste as I’ve done it before on other forums. EVO is where I have a lot of info, super busy lifestyle and it would be a little tricky to do 2 different logs as I’m repeating everything and keeping it all on point. 🙏

Cheers mate, @the_alcatraz

you should update 1 day on EVO and 1 day on EF so if you update lets say 2x/week post 1 day EVO 1 day EF not just copy past bro

Weekly update:
Been quite the average week all in all, traning wise. Diet has been 90% on track, due to hectic work hours I’ve been a little slack with my traning consistency, ie; only 3 traning days this week. Steps and activity have been quite high nonetheless, fatigue management could be better, but work comes first unfortunately. Sleep has improved but I’ve also had the flu this week, not amazing but dealt with it well enough.
Training without high stim/loaded pre-workout has been good and bad! Strength has gone down a little, but for what it’s worth my sleep quality has improved which I’ll take over strength any day!
Weight hasn’t moved allot, but I feel noticeably leaner around the mid section. Loving the TB/BPC combo also, feeling your niggles just disappear feels slightly illegal. Sugar cravings have subsided as @freakfit has worked a little snacky snack into my daily macros🤣🙏.

I’m not happy with this weeks front/back/side pics so unfortunately I’m being a little bitch and keeping them to myself and the coach. Will share this piece of rib I cooked this evening tho, one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Coach is happy with how things are coming along after only a month so that’s all I need to hear! Love his input and honest feedback and his knowledge is unparalleled. Lastly I need to get my resting HR back in check, had been way too high for months any advice is appreciated, just finished my Telmisartin course, slightly helped.

Thanks again for tuning in to a noobs journey, appreciate you all! Legends!

@Alex1909 training week is good. you won't go wrong with this split routine. the only thing i would change is not doing shoulders on a single split so you don't over train them

Legends!

Weekly update:

All round it’s been a decent week, strength is up, dropped a KG (85kg fasted this morning) and a few changes to the cycle/support supplements.
Diet hasn’t been on point with the plan, although still eating clean.

Primo has been dropped as it’s near impossible to track down, swapped with 1/2 the dosage of EQ to test the waters and see how my body reacts.
Teso has been dropped from the supps as instructed by coach. (Working on lowering resting HR). Honestly it’s dropped it by almost 10-15% average in a short time. Sleep quality has increased substantially due to almost wiping high stim pre and allot less caffeine in my life.

Feeling good and coach is working on increasing calories/protein within the near future.

Traning week as follows:

Chest/Tri:

Incline smith 70kg X 12/13
Machine chest press 35kg X 12/12/12
DB flat press 25kg X 12/12
Pec Deck 33kg/38kg/38kg X 14/14/14
Rope push down 21.5kg X 12/12/13
Single arm reverse push down 5kg X 12/12/13

Back/Bi:

Lat pulldown 60kg/60kg/80kg X 12/12/8
ISO machine row 65kg/50kg/50kg X 10/14/14
Rope seated row 42.5kg X 12/14
Single arm pulldown 25kg X 12/12
Preacher curl 30kg/35kg/35kg X 14/12/14
Rope hammer curls 12.5 X 13/13/14

Legs:

Seated leg curl 38kg/45kg/45kg 12/12/12
Leg press machine 130kg X 12/12
Leg extension 45kg X 12/12/12
Calf press/leg press machine 80kg/85kg/90kg-15/15/15.

Active rest day:
Yard work, walking

Shoulders:

DB lateral raise 8kg X 12/12/12
Hammer shoulder press machine 60kg X 12/12/13
Reverse pec deck 30kg X 15/15/15

Weekly update:

Been a good week, coach increased calories and protein slightly, little extra fuel in the tank has helped with strength and output in the gym. Noticeably stronger, especially on shoulder days. Mind and body is seemingly liking the exchange of Primo for EQ. Mindset is positive, vascularisation has increased and fatigue is being managed quite well. Sleep and hydration have been shit, but diets been clean. (Working towards the perfect symphony every day/week). Dropped another 700G in weight, but I feel fuller in general. Slightly increased HGH to 4 IU’s and upped the Reta by 25% on the weekly dose.

Thanks again for the continued support and appreciate the feedback and constructive criticism. 🙏
