Honestly, I am speechless. I thought this thread was started as a joke but now I fear it wasn't.
Really JA, nothing against you personally, but who does 2g/week and then doesn't lift post cycle???
Hell I understand what a crash is. I've had pretty bad experiences too. After my second cycle, my strength started dropping every time I hit the gym. Every day I went to the gym only so I would see myself getting weaker, but I knew that if I didn't I would lose more strength and size.
I'll give you a little advice that might help you as it did in my last cycle. I sat down and thought to myself and noticed that my post cycle depression always started about 2-3weeks before my cycle would even end, and at that time it was pretty obvious to me that it is mostly all mental. On my last cycle, every day before the gym I would say to myself that I am gonna go to the gym and make the weights my bitch. I was sticking mostly to compound movements and switched to a powerlifting style routine as it would get my mind off getting big or trying to beat my previous rep ranges. The results: kept every little bit of muscle and increased in strength on deadlifts and box squats.
Anyway, hopefully this will help you. If you decide to do a new cycle, maybe try to lower the dose a little bit and try to battle post cycle depression, and as you get more advanced at it you can increase your dose if you choose to do so.
Remember bro, the most important part of the cycle is post cycle.
