latest cutting diet..any suggestions

still trying to cut... any suggestions on how i could improve my diet?

6am: coffee w drop of soy
6;30am: weight training
8am: Protein shake w carbs (soy milk and gluten-free cereal) + glutamine
10am:2eggs,4egg whites,30g sweet potato
12:30pm:chicken/tuna + green salad
3:30pm: tuna/canned salmon+almonds+spinach
5:30/6pm: Protein shake w flaxseed oil (no carbs)
8pm: small piece of grilled fish w zucchini + flaxseed oil

anthing else I should include/exclude??thanx

i do cardio am, empty stomach or after training upperbody for 20mins moderate intensity.
eg;
mon: legs
tues:chest+bis+20mins cardio
wed:45mins cardio
thurs:back+abs+20mins cardio
fri:tris+shoulders
sat:45mins cardio

most of the cardio is walking or cross-training machine 70%mhr. Sat cardio highher intensity

flax is a tablespoon per serve.
spatt was telling me in a past post to ask your advice in my lack of bf% decrease...so please advise away!!
