Lastnight legs = wooohoooo

Lastnight i abs. killed legs. setting new PRs. I've never attempted over 300lb on squat until lastnight.......

i weigh 180-185lbs (depends on time of day, lol)

my last two sets were crzy for me. They looked like this

10x275
5x325

i never use to work out legs b/c i am a basketball player gifted with a very high vertical and was scared it would some how mess with my jumping. Man i wish i would have started earlier b/c i've gained a good 4-6 inches since starting leg routine. I have only started squat'n since Jan 1, 08. Usually I hate leg day, now i can't wait until next leg day!!!! LOL

I never used to work legs either. Coming to EF convinced me that I needed to. I'm glad I did. I make the biggest strength gains on a regular basis in my legs.

I weigh 190+ and squat 3 x 6 x225. I'm trying to learn to love leg days but they are still my biggest weakness.
 
thats sweet guy, i lifted legs yesterday 5x5 on squats and deads, did step ups paired with one legged bulgarian squats, almost puked when i was done

I'm doing the OMEGA PROJECT and his leg routine is killer, i almost puke every leg day. i'm suppose to do abs afterwards but lastnight i got 1 set of abs and had to take off and lay down, lol!!!!

yea i felt kinda drunk while i was bench pressing after legs
 
thats great that you are squating! they are even more effective with increased frequency. i.e. at least twice a week at different percentages of max.
