Lastnight i abs. killed legs. setting new PRs. I've never attempted over 300lb on squat until lastnight.......
i weigh 180-185lbs (depends on time of day, lol)
my last two sets were crzy for me. They looked like this

i never use to work out legs b/c i am a basketball player gifted with a very high vertical and was scared it would some how mess with my jumping. Man i wish i would have started earlier b/c i've gained a good 4-6 inches since starting leg routine. I have only started squat'n since Jan 1, 08. Usually I hate leg day, now i can't wait until next leg day!!!! LOL
