Last lean bulk before 12 week out diet for contest cycle

I have a hard time believing you will gain much weight on your nutriton, 300gm/protein 200gm/carbs and like 30gm/far. not even 3000 calories man. You gotta eat clean, but more carbs and maybe another 100gm protein depending on if you body needs it. MORE carbs for sure though. more fat too. just more. lol
 
u need to take a break from ur cycle, that amount of juice is ridiculous for someone of ur size,

heres wat you need to do

the next 4 weeks inject 75mg of prop monday, wednesday, friday, sunday (this is your break)

AFTER that for 9 weeks

test prop 75mg ED
tren eth 500mg week
eq 600mg a week

as for ur bf% its hard to tell wat bf% you are wen ur wearing a singlet, the main things we need to see is you abdominals and lower back in order to judge wat bf% you are as these are the main areas that store fat

th back photo was taken a week ago the ab photo 2 weeks ago when im up in the morning il post straight up a new ab phot although i dont know if they are looking as good a they were from the gh gut i might have developed but here we go
 
ur still above 10%, ur lower back is still carrying alot fo fat, id say even 11% or 12%

the back phot is 1 weeks old now bro and the ab one is 2 and half the idst has been been made more strict i can tell you las tweeks meaure mentss for back were 19 mm which was measured few days after that photo sunce then i have upped cardio up to 11mins a day hr 131 and 5 whole meals jus one 30gwhey shake post am cardio w 5 egg whites abs last week were 15mm not much of drop ther du to me messing arounf with the gh and bloatation but next weeks measurements shud tell all so how may weeks out do i need to start proper contest dieting with palumbo would you reckon wwhne im out ofbed befor ei d annything iltake a upper ab photo for you to see also but atm how long out should i be hiring dave im 16 weeks out atm appreciating all your help bro
 
Are you cycling off? And you definetely need to up your CFP intake. You should be eating 6 meals a day (or every 2 hours)with a shake before and after your workouts with healthy fats after your workouts. Dont be afraid to eat bro. You have to remember that you can take in some extra carbs before you workout because your gonna burn it off and you need the carbs for protein synthesis. Your supplement will also be help speed up your matabolism so you need to give it something to burn up, especially with your stack. If theres nothing it going after your muscles.

Personally, id drop the eq and go to Primo.. Just my opinion and Prop/Ace, No deca. Stay away from mixing 19 nors. But if your going to mix, cause some can, Id go NPP over Deca, Just because you the half life is similiar to Ace/Prop. Clomid for PCT. Maybe some HCG during just because you have been on for a bit.

Your gonna be gaining muscle as well. With the what your taking at the dose and with your cardio, you should be able to hit a solid 7% in 12 weeks. And you should be about 10 lbs heavier and about 15 lbs of fat loss with proper PCT. Then the rest will be water weight and cutting food before your show to get you to 5%. Diet and cardio are way more important then what your gonna be using bro!

Its gonna be hard for anyone here to look at a picture and tell you exactly what your body fat is as well. You cant compare one athlete to another because no to athletes bodys are the same. So unfortunetly, you need to have a trainer who knows nutrition sit down do your calculations and give you an adequate calculation.

I just recevied an emil back from dave he is happy with my stats and photo hes goign to chsnge my 4 week bulk inclduing drugs changes and food changes and all that and i start next weke afte ri finish my current keto diet i ill runa 4 week diet then 12-11 competition diet dpending on how htings are goinghe said so the gear is goign t be changed arouf but im just happy after the horribl horibble motnhs iv had to get down to the body fat meaure ments down will soeone pleae verify my b competing friend whos on sponsored so i trusted knew what he was doign did this right
also can you verify this is right
well yesterday bodyfat measrents measured by another competing bb buddy with callipers
shoulder 7 mm
back 9mm
chest 4mm
belly 14.4 mm
quad 1mm
halm 11 mm
calf 6 mm
bicep 4 mm
tricep 6mm
leaving it at 71.4 milim does that mean im in the 7 % bf range or am i way off ?
