Personally, id drop the eq and go to Primo.. Just my opinion and Prop/Ace, No deca. Stay away from mixing 19 nors. But if your going to mix, cause some can, Id go NPP over Deca, Just because you the half life is similiar to Ace/Prop. Clomid for PCT. Maybe some HCG during just because you have been on for a bit.
Your gonna be gaining muscle as well. With the what your taking at the dose and with your cardio, you should be able to hit a solid 7% in 12 weeks. And you should be about 10 lbs heavier and about 15 lbs of fat loss with proper PCT. Then the rest will be water weight and cutting food before your show to get you to 5%. Diet and cardio are way more important then what your gonna be using bro!
Its gonna be hard for anyone here to look at a picture and tell you exactly what your body fat is as well. You cant compare one athlete to another because no to athletes bodys are the same.
