I have a powerlifting meet this weekend and as usual I am over weight. Normally I use aldactone to make weight(24hr weigh-in). The part that sucks is I cannot get any aldactone this time but I can get lasix -- pill form. My question is how much and when do I need to take it -- I am 8 lbs over weight right now, the weighin is saturday am and I will probably be at 247'ish friday am. Any help is appreciated.
