...any dos and don'ts in terms of supplementation, vitamins, minerals for pre and post op??

I had it done last spring.
The only thing my doctor suggested was not to go real heavy
on the weights for about a week.

no problems.
the tech who did my pre-op is a BB, LTW size.
He just said to keep the squats to a minium while healing during the first week. Dont want to place too much pressure on eye as blood pressure goes up.


Best investment I made in awhile.
