um. not really. it's something like the stretch reflex your compromising. i'm sure Blut or Sim or AAP or Shadow could articulate it a bit better, but what the thought is, is that when you stretch a muscle vigorously before training, you compromise it's ability to contract.xsx- said:I have a little problem with that too, a sharp pain as I do squats.
